Sentimos el incidente que menciona en relación a la cerradura de su puerta. Por otro lado me llama la atención que nuestros profesionales del departamento de SSTT no hayan podido solventarla y que la Recepción no les haya ofrecido un cambio de habitación que es lo que procede en estos casos. Sentimos no haber estado a la altura; le pido disculpas y le agradezco me haya informado para poner solución inmediata a este tipo de problemas evitando el malestar de nuestro huéspedes.
