칼리아 베케이션동 배정받았고 가족여행이라 주방이나 세탁기 이용하려했는데, 세탁기가 잘 작동이 안됐네요. 거실(주방) 쪽에서 고기굽고 남은 냄새가 진동했어요. 하와이 아니면 하와이 내 힐튼호텔 특징 같은데, 샤워할 때 욕실천막을 꼭 bathtub안으로 하고 하세요! 안그러면 화장실 전체가 물난리가 나요;;(나중에 알아서 그때부터 제대로 샤워함)

맨 뒷동 칼리아동 배정될 확률이 높습니다.
그랜드 베켄이션을 예약했으나,약간 걱정했던대로 맨 뒷쪽 칼리아타워에 배정받았습니다. 이 네임으로 예약하시는 분들은 주방룸이긴하나,칼리아동이라고 생각하시거나~확인하실필요가 있습니다!! 전 비치까지 많이 멀었어요. 칼리아타워라고 처음부터 명확한 표시를 해야 당일 혼돈이 없는데, 예약페이지 어디에도 칼리아타워를 명시해놓지 않아~비치와 가까운 그랜드동인줄 알았다가,멀어서 처음 도착해 무척 당황했습니다. 여행지에서 기분이 언짢아지기는 싫기에 대충하고,넘어갔는데~~룸은 깨끗하고,컨디션도 좋았어요. 쇼핑몰들이 안에 많이 들어와 있어 편리했으며, 식당도 여러군데,편의시설이 잘 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다. 그러나 다음에는 비치와 가까운동을 선택하려고 합니다. 조금 멀다보니,물에서 나와~맨뒷쪽 이동하며 아이들이 벌벌 떨며 걸어 들와야해서 자주 나가질 않게 되더라구요ㅠㅠ 어느동인지를 제대로 명시해서 미리 혼돈이 없게 하는게 좋겠습니다!!!

비치가 가깝고 풀장이 다양한 호텔
힐튼자체가 너무 넓고 그랜드베케션이지만 그랜드동이 아닌 다른동으로 방을 배정받아 다소불만이었음ㅡ호텔측에 문의를 해봤지만 모든동에 베케션이 있다는 말뿐이었다ㅡㅠ 호텔타이틀에 그랜드를 빼야 정확할 듯. 그랜드베케이션 룸이미지와 다소 차이가 있었다 불편한부분은 없었지만 조금은 룸컨디션이 아니었다. 다른 분들도 예약시 참고하시길...

해변과 시내가 가깝고, 불꽃놀이를 볼수있다 세탁실이 있어 편리하다 수영장시설이 좋다,
리조트피와 주차비가 비싸다 일본인이 많다. 한국말 가능한 직원이 없다 수영장에서 아이들이 튜브를 사용할 수 없다.

넓고 좋은 호텔임
호텔내 수영장이 이근처 호텔중에는 가장 좋음. 객실은 넓고 좋음. 주방기구는 다 있음.

룸 메이드의 청소가 정말 훌륭했음. 매일 새로운 시트가 압권 기분좋은 잠자리~ 기본적인 주방시설이 잘 되어서 아주 편했음. 수영장의 베드도 넉넉했음. 수영장 물 온도는 조금 따듯했으면 함.

힐든그랜드베키이션클럽을 처음 이용해보았습니다
다른 호텔과의 가장 큰 차이점은 접시부터 도마까지 다 있다는겁니다. 심지어 주방세제와 세탁실 세제까지 비치되어 있습니다. 단지 객실이 하와이안전통 색깔과 고전적인 목재의 느낌입니다. 세련된 밝고 모던한 느낌의 객실을 찾는다면 다소 비추천합니다. 상당히 만족스럽고 위치또한 마음에 듭니다.

Waited in the looong check in line only to be told we had to go somewhere else. Text communication was great. Parking prices are outrageous. $70 a night for self parking.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village a few times now. It occupies a beautiful stretch of beach and has pleasant grounds and multiple pools with a lot of nearby dining and shopping. We’ve always found the staff to be very nice. But, there are issues and they are getting worse. There is a serious pigeon problem around some of the pools and it’s not apparent that cleaning surfaces occurs daily. As for our unit, check in was quick and easy. However, the maintenance and attention to detail was lacking and the units are beyond tired. Our unit on the 21st floor of the Lagoon Tower was a one bedroom (3 of us) with a pullout sofa and full kitchen. The space was nice and the balcony was spacious with a nice view. But, almost immediately I stepped in something sticky on the carpet. Then, when we went to make up the pullout sofa we found the condition of the mattress revolting. It was heavily stained. It should have been replaced long ago. We further found our dishwasher ran but didn’t wash and the icemaker in the frig was not connected. There is one icemaker for the entire building and it’s on the third floor. The elevators are always busy and can have long wait times. At that point an ice cube tray would have been a nice amenity. Plan your check out time to allow extra time for the elevator. There were stressed out people every day trying to get down with their luggage. We’re on the fence on whether we’ll return.

The room itself was excellent! Very clean kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Toto toilet was a bonus!! Service at check in was excellent. Text feature made it ultra convenient to comminucate. Cons: the pools. Overcrowded, full of sunscreen milky water, hog cheese people that leave their stuff all over the chaise chairs make it impossible to get a seat. Better management of releasing unused chairs (like at other resorts) would be great! A taxi almost ran me over by Kalia tower as he was speeding through :( I was on the sidewalk, geez

Hilton is an okay place to stay but just around the corner there is a better hotel. Which includes club access so you have free breakfast. This Hilton location does not have the breakfast options and you have a kitchen to cook your own meal. So if you don’t mind going to a grocery store then sure! But for our stay we wanted access to food already prepared. It was not available. The room is renovated so that was good. You could walk to places to dine in but nothing was good. The only place that we enjoyed was Lapperts Ice cream. All the restaurants on this hotel grounds was over priced and not good. Portions were tiny. It’s not worth it staying here for the rate they charge, when it’s not so accommodating. I’d rather stay at Prince Waikiki hotel next time. I don’t ever plan on booking a room here EVER again and I live on the island. This was a staycation. Not worth it. If I could get a refund I would ask for one. But of course no refunds so I am here letting people know that there are better deals And hotel rooms are way nicer than staying here.

The area of this hotel had everything! Beach, pools, restaurants, ice cream and all our daily needs. So nice to just walk out the door and be where you want to be.

The room was super comfortable. The staff were extemely polite. Lots of amenities at the resort: starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores, souvenir stores, ABC stores, etc. The gym was awesome! Downfalls: -our flight arrived late and we were so hungry. Everything was closed. One vending machine for the entire resort! -pricey, as expected, but some things were outrageously priced. E.g. parking was $70 USD daily.

It was a nice place to stay I was a little disappointed by the view I thought we were getting ocean view but not really only if you stand one the balcony and crane your neck to one side. But staff was nice and helpful and room was as clean as could be for an older property. Elevators were small and slow.

Hilton Village is the staple of what vacation should look like. However, ocean view that we thought we were getting was on 4th floor, obstructed view with palm trees. Had we known in advance, we would have booked higher floor in another building within Hawaiian village. They changed us to another room less obstructive view of ocean. It was good they did something about it. But Expedia saying what we were getting is the ocean view is confusing esp when we paid $4,500 for only five nights (2bd & 2 bath.) otherwise the rooms were good.
