I’m a returning customer. I have written reviews before about my stay at this hotel, as it’s usually where I stay when visiting Winnipeg. The hotel is conveniently located, the free parking is a bonus. The staff is always very friendly. Checking in is a breeze. Roms are clean and comfortable. I feel safe at this place. This time it was Noah, who worked at the front desk during my check in, and also when I checked out. 5 stars to him for his excellent customer care.

The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. The room was outfitted with the amenities people expect, but very plainly decorated. Unless one is staying there specifically to see a show or use the casino, the rooms may seem a little pricey. Lots of parking, and the aalto's restaurant is decent for s sit-down meal. There's a McDonald's in the casino for a quick bite, which we appreciated.

The staff were helpful and curtius. I was surprised to find that there was no pool at the hotel. It was nice that we could walk to the casino without having to go outside. Because it was a long weekend it was quite busy. Had a good time learning the machines. We a great weekend.
