Dear Paula Alejandra: We are very appalled by the strong words used in your review. As long as we know, all the pictures for the Hotel are genuine, no retouch or anything similar. There are some old pictures taken by past guest that show our hotel in different colors and so on. Please do not mislead people. We have never had an elevator and you could always request a first-floor room. And our breakfast bar has top of the line food that we get from approved vendors from our franchise. We are really sorry for the way you feel, when you check out, you went with a smile and said everything was ok. We hope you can change your mind and perhaps try again?

Dear Somu, we regret that you feel that way. All we offer is a nice and clean place to stay, and we do our best to keep it that way. Housekeeping is on request only and is done on the 3rd day. You had a 2 day stay, and it could be cleaned but you did not request it.We sincerely hope you give us an opportunity in the future.
