The vending machines were empty. If you wanted a soda you had to go to the front desk. I couldn't find anyone, so I was heading to their juice machines to see if they were working. I found the clerk watching TV in the room. I had to shut off the auto turn on light in the bathroom, because it kept turning on and off. It was hot in the room, but I was afraid to use the fan or AC because it was making a very loud squeaking noise.

It was easy to get to but when we got to the room the window was open and i was cold - shut it and went to lock it and it had NO LOCK was the biggest issue but also we were to have a jacuzzi tub and we didn't. When I asked for another room, it seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to them. But even the new room i finally got was not right just a tad better....Still could not lock the window properly but made do and still no jacuzzi tub.

I arrived late in the evening after 11 pm. Upon arriving discovered there was no plate in the microwave, told the staff they said would find one didn't hear back from that night, had to eat cold food. Spoke to staff again in the morning finally got a plate around 12 pm no apologies or compensation. The hallway smelled like urine most of the day when house keeping was cleaning the rooms worse than a nursing home.

The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good, and the staff had nicely decorated the dining room for the Holidays, but the hotel itself was a bit run down making our stay uncomfortable. There were scuffs, dings, and worn or dirty patches on the doors, walls, furniture, and carpet in the halls and in our room. The chair in our room had a big white splotch on the arm rest. We found little bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night and had a hard time sleeping after that. After breakfast, we saw into the staff kitchen where they prepare the food (the door was open) and the cabinet doors looked especially dirty and run down. Aside from the friendly staff, we would not recommend the hotel or stay there again.

We came due to price, convenient to highway, hot breakfast, free WiFi and cable. We wanted an indoor pool for our next visit. We expect to make this trip 3-4 x a year. Everything was great. Unneeded items I would like: a channel guide for shows, a working pool. Pleasant staff and hardworking were noted. Can’t ask for more. Thank you and the staff for making our stay restful .

I love that the people at the front desk are kind and responsive and that the rooms are clean and a great value, compared to other hotel prices.

Hotel is in very bad condition. Smells terrible! Mold, smell of cigarettes is in the carpet in the entire building. Stains are everywhere, and just looks disgusting. We did not stay. Had to turn around and leave. Very "nice" of the hotel to charge us for one night. The pictures on internet are a lie! The worst hotel by far

A very close distance from downtown! 5mins!
It was very convenient from dwntwn but beware parking dwntwn can be as high as 45/day. If yr lucky u can find some street parking at a cheaper rate. The hotel is close to a big grocery store, but not many restaurants except for the Denny’s kind of on the property. The room was remodeled, bath rm also, comfortable king bed! Ac/heat unit was fine. Carpet on the feet!! Decent hot brkfast eggs sausage waffles…etc

The bad news: My reservation that I made in Feb. was not recognized by Comfort Inn. The manager blamed it on Expedia which is possible. The other possibility is Comfort Inn lost\deleted my reservation. The good news: The manager had a room available and we stayed at the Expedia price. The other good news: Since I knew we would be returning to the area in a week, the manager reserved a room at a fair price.
