HORRIBLE ONLY THREE ROOMS AVAILABLE as first come first serve option even though I had a reservation. This place is also disgusting and they’re saying that they’re under renovations, but why out of the whole entire hotel you only have three rooms available this place should be shut down and condemned.

DO NOT book here. We had a reservation for over 4 months. When we arrived they had cancelled my reservation without calling, emailing, or texting. They offered nothing. The receptionist at the front desk was rude, unfriendly, and told us our reservation was cancelled due to over booking and we were out of luck. The place is a dirty dump. Do not try to save a few bucks by staying here. You might arrive and not have a room!

This was a pretty awful stay. Room smelled like pee. Homeless people wandering around. Needles in the stairwell.

Worst hotel ever
We arrived at 1 am to see garbage all over the area by the front door and the smell of weed as we got to the door. It took 15 minutes to check in and the lady gave us the key. We went to the room and the key didn’t work . Back to the office where she walked us down to manually open the door. The room smelled terrible, like a wet dog so she tried to put us in another room that was dirty and there stains, that looked like blood, in the back off the door. After looking at the room we got the impression it was a bed bug nest. we were so disgusted we got in our car and drove away. I don’t see how you can call this a Wyndham Hotel. I’ve stayed in better Motel 6 properties. It was disgusting and unsafe. I will never stay in another Wyndham Hotel until this is resolved. I’ll tell my friends to stay away. If there was a lower rating, I would give that. Bob Green

Went to check in early. The lady was rude, unprofessional and was sitting outside rather than at the checkout desk. They were 30 guesses overbooked and told us first come first served. Employees were sitting in their cars. Employees were also parked where guests were supposed to be able to pull up to the front, get checked in and get their room key(s) before parking to get to their rooms. Lastly, it appeared to have drug traffickers because of the amount of cars coming and going so frequently that isn’t considered a normal amount of traffic for a hotel/motel. I tried to call the property on several occasions and no one answered the phone. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!

The tV did not work properly, The rug was stained. There were cigarette burns in the blanket and when i went to leave the exit was blocked "because bad people try to get in and commit crime4.

When I showed up the staff was inconsiderate and dealing with personal booking of hotels looks like the manager of the shift was booking a hotel while this worker with the face tattoo that says queen bee ignored me when I was next in line and had to initiate conversation with her three different times until she told me the booking I had scheduled was cancelled even though I paid for hotel protection.

Do you like bathroom doors??
The only good part about this place is the staff. Holly went above and beyond to make sure I had a bed to sleep in and I will never forget her kindness. However, if you want a door on the bathroom to provide some level of privacy- look at other motels. Also, if you don’t want to be kept up the whole night by the paper thin walls- same sentiment. Despite all of this though, having some good people to help someone out when they needed it- it did give me some faith in humanity. The people working at this establishment are kind, warm and 1000000% the only good part of staying here.

The room was dirty and trashed. We paid for a non smoking room, they gave us a smoking room, then told us there was nothing to be done about it. We asked to check out and they told us they didn’t have time, other guests were more important, and we would have to come back in an hour. We had a concert to go to and couldn’t wait. When we tried to check out again later that night, they also made us wait and exceptionally long period of time.

Security Rodney was awesome. The front desk clerk was willing to check us in after had closed, which was awesome!

When I made reservation it was for a king room, check in , didn't have one, so I had a queen, walk in it and 😲 Carpet looked like dogs had been wallering all over it, Stains Everywhere microwave no fridge, the next day they gave me a king, which was a little better, desk no chair, fridge no microwave, and Noises all night long, no lights outside the rooms, very dark and UNSAFE, I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN,if I could have gave a 0 rating I would have, VERY DISAPPOINTED

The room we stayed in was clean, dated but clean. However, the exterior had litter, trash and other patrons appeared to be using escort services and smoking various substances . We were traveling with two young ones so my husband and I even contemplated driving home after having already driven 5+ hours to this location. We will not be staying there again.

We went to check in 2 hours early, and we were told we couldn’t because they were short handed cleaning rooms. At the front entrance there’s was a big over filled smelly garbage can, lady at the front desk was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. We left and got a different place to stay. I’m still trying to get my refund from Expedia. Hotel manager said they canceled our reservation and refunded us the money and Expedia will not refund us our money. Very disappointing.

Not a relaxing stay.
When we arrived, the people were nice and friendly. We had a problem with the remote for the TV. It took them a few hours to remember we needed help. There were at least two cockroaches in our room. When I took my shower, the water went from scalding hot to freezing cold. It was very frustrating. When we went to check out, we had to wait over 6 hours to get my $100 deposit back. Not going back there ever again.

We were trying to find a clean, inexpensive, quick stay as we were driving back from a long day. This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It was like something out of a bad movie. I can’t begin to describe the scene we found. After a tortuous check in, we took two steps inside the room and turned around and never came back! Got in our car and drove off. I can’t believe travelodge, Wyndham, or Expedia would be even remotely associated with this train wreck of an experience.

Front desk staff friendly, housekeepers had clearly done their best to clean room. Otherwise zero stars based on physical building. We were told we were being given one of the good rooms--huge chunk of vanity missing, leaving gaping hole. Broken floor tiles. Part of baseboard missing. Bathroom door had fist-sized indentation. Carpet was heavily stained to point of filthiness. Radiator and outlet pulled from wall and hanging partway off. Missing lightbulb leaving empty socket. No drainplugs in sink or tub. Definitely not what we expected from description. Surprised Wyndham allows their name on this place.

This hotel was dirty, it smelled like smoke in a “nonsmoking room”, made my clothes smell like smoke on the first day of my trip, the lamps were broken, there was no fridge or microwave when it was listed as having one and it was noisy outside in the parking lot even at late in the night. There were multiple stains to the beds, walls, chair, and pillows. The only saving grace was the kind front desk woman who made check in smooth.

Unexpectedly overbooked
Upon arrival facility looked very unclean and unsafe. The receptionist was kind but she informed us that the hotel was overbooked. Even though I had a prepaid room- I was still sent to a sister hotel that provided me a room at a different location. I did not get to stay at this location but I was happy about that.

Horrible experience
I made the reservation weeks in advance and when I showed, there was a sign at the door claiming no vacancies even for those with reservations. No front desk attendant was available to help or even give us access to the lobby to comfortably find an alternative to the solution.

Travelodge is a chain hotel, so I believed it keeps a certain quality, so I didn't check the quality carefully. This place looks very scary and a customer was arguing at the front desk for a long time. I reserved this place online, but I didn't stay. I lost money but I had a good lesson.

While the staff was helpful and tried to make things right, the building was in a state of large disrepair. Our main door did not lock, the smoke alarm was missing and our door was knocked on multiple times throughout the night by unknown people. The staff were great and tried to help but there was only so much they could do. We checked out early and did not stay our second night.

We got to the hotel but was told they had been overbooked. They said Expedia should have noticed us they were overbooked. But in that morning we still received an email from Expedia that everything was ok. We had to seek a place for my family to stay on the first day our vacation! Even more, it took me more than three weeks to get refunded. Every time I contacted Expedia, they said they would contact the hotel but couldn't reach them. Think twice if you want to book this hotel.

I will likely never book through an online service and never with traveladge. On arriving, there was a sign saying due to the fault of online bookers, the hotel was overbooked and no resevations through online bookers would be honoured. They said they had cancelled days ago and sent an email. I did not receive one and was receiving emails to rate my checkin experience at the same time this was going on. Expedia had no record of the cancellation until the customer service rep at Travelodge put it through "a second time". I had an early morning flight and planned to sleep for 6 hours then leave. By the time this was sorted out, it was too late to find another hotel that had availability. I paid $50 of parking at the airpor instead and slept in my car.

It is like a regular staying hotel for a long term rental, mostly very questionable characters. We had leave since our room smelled of smoke. No refund yet!!!!
