워낙 오래된 호텔이라 레노베이션를 거쳤음에도 노후된 시설이기는 했지만, 아이들과 생활하기에는 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 수영장이 너무 좋아요. 공간이 넓어 사람이 많아도 붐비지 않고 수질도 깨끗한 편인것 같습니다. 아이들 놀기에 최고였어요 (참고로 저희는 6살 2살 아이들입니다) 방에서 개미로 추정되는 벌레가 테이블위에 계속 출몰해서 좀 찝찝하기는 했어요. 괌은 어디든 벌레 출몰한다고 진작에 들어 놀랄거리는 아니었네요. 저희는 부모님 모시고 간 여행이라 커넥팅 룸사용했는데요, 이방 저방 왔다갔다 아주 편했어요. 헐리우드 베드 요청했는데 미리 준비해놔 주셔서 좋았어요. 한국인 직원분 계시고요, 전반적으로 직원분들 친절합니다 :) 다음에 괌 방문해도 다시 갈듯합니다.

욕실 중간창이 안닫기고, 룸은 엄청 에어컨을 켜서 추워요. 아마도 곰팡이를 제거하려고 하는것 같아요.. 화장실쪽에서 탁탁 소리가 밤새들려서 시끄려워요 다시는 안갈라구요

청결도 최악 !!
위치나 수영장, 해변은 다 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했지만 청결도가 상상 초월이었다. 침구는 얼룩 & 머리카락은 말할 것도 없고 죽은 벌레도 있어 굉장히 찝찝했고, 화장실이며 바닥 청소는 거의 청소가 안됐다 싶을 정도의 상태였다. 특히, 방에 비치되어 있는 컵은 립스틱 자국이 그대로 남아있어 경악했다. 다시 방문하고 싶진 않을 듯 :(

체크인할 때 룸 업그레이드를 해주셨지만, 방이 오랫동안 방치되어 있었는지 먼지가 가득했습니다. 따로 방을 바꿔달라는 요청은 드리지 않고 간단한 청소 후 사용했습니다. 다른 부분은 다 괜찮았는데 방 청소가 외출을 해도 빨리 되어있지 않고, 수건만 교환해달라고 요청하고 또 요청했는데 2시간 이상 소요됐습니다. 이 부분은 빠른 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

5인 가족이 묵기에 매우 좋은 장소였습니다. 주차장, 로비, 클럽라운지, 조식, 기타 서비스도 너무 좋았네요. 짐도 늦은 저녁까지 맡기도 다닐수 있어서 만족하는 여행이었습니다.

아이3명 가족 여행
아이들과 3박 4일 머물기에 오히려 짧다 생각될 정돌로 시간이 빠르게 갔네요. 할리우드 침대에 엑스트라 베드까지 연결했더니 잠은 편안했습니다. 단, 청소가 조금 부실해요. 매일 하지는 않는 것으로 알고 있었으나 크리티컬하지 않으면 그냥 넘어가는지라 머무는데에는 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 수영장도 재미났고 바다도 바로 옆이라 아이들이 재미나했었습니다.

1박 밖에 하지 못했지만 너무 좋았습니다 특히 리셉션에서 프리 체크인이랑 수영장 미리 이용가능한 게 너무 좋았네요 직원 분들도 너무 친절하십니다. 객실 상태도 너무 좋고 수영장과 분수 및 해변을 바라보는 전경이 좋았습니다. 수영장도 너무 예쁘고 규모가 있어서 가족과 오기 좋겠습니다!
