Das Zimmer war super. Wir hatten die Suite, welche gleich über dem Restaurant mit super Sicht aufs Meer war. Die Bar und Barkeeper waren großartig. Der Willkommensdrink super lecker. Auch den Mittagssnack, welche wir dort hatten, hat phantastisch geschmeckt. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Wir haben hier während unserer Costa Rica-Reise das beste Essen (Fisch) gehabt. Danke an die Küche😊👍 Generell ist das Personal toll. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort, was wir sehr bedauert haben. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen!

If you’re looking for quiet peacefulness…
Wonderful place to chill. Just hanging out in the villa with views like the patio seating or hammock…the gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the jungle and ocean…the restaurant is great food and cocktails. We ate dinner there all 4 nights and went into town for lunch and beach a couple of the days. We got a couples massage at their spa which is so peaceful by the waterfall. I did suggest that they offer daily yoga as the website is misleading and it looks like they do but you have to book a private session for $70. Including yoga would be a great way to enhance the stay and allow guests to meet each other. There are no activities included so you’re on your own to enjoy the grounds. It’s all couples since it’s adult only and everyone kept to themselves - it was so peaceful and serene. We would definitely go back! We saw toucans and monkeys from our villa and pool!

We had the most amazing time at Oxygen Jungle, the staff, food, accommodations were beyond expectations. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they’re all friendly, professional and spoke English perfectly.

Beautiful views from the pool/bar/dining area. The staff was amazing - probably the most memorable part of our stay. So professional yet friendly. The ride up the mountain to the property is a very bumpy 10-15 minute trip each way, but wasn't as bad as we expected based on other reviews. It was dry season, but one day there were torrential rains and didn't really seem to make the road any worse. Overall, if you're looking to stay near this area, Oxygen Jungle is a good choice.

Pure Luxury
This place is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a true luxury experience, definitely give Oxygen a try. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon and were very impressed by the service we received. The view from the pool area is breathtaking and the bar serves up delicious drinks.

Perfect Place for a Couple - Don’t miss this place
Breathtaking place to stay. The view was beyond my expectations. The service was great. Everyone was kind and helpful. We had a few meals there and they were all great! The pool was so nice, drinks were good. The villa itself was wonderful, so much privacy even in a glass house. The on-site hike it nice, the waterfall massage is a must! The beach is a short drive. You do need a 4x4 the drive is steep, but totally doable. Waking up there every morning was so relaxing, the sunrise, sounds of birds, Tuscans playing, all around it was perfect.

Superbe hôtel au cœur de la nature avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Les chambres sont très intimistes, le lit très confortable, nous avons très bien dormis. Le restaurant est délicieux avec un personnel au petit soin. Mention spéciale pour le spa, quelle expérience de se faire chouchouter en pleine nature avec comme fond sonore les oiseaux et la rivière avoisinante.

Amazing Staff
From the moment you stay into the hotel you feel like you’re in Costa Rica. They welcome you with a special welcome drink. The staff is incredible and local. The food was really great. The rooms were as expected and clean. The massage was nice. The only thing I would say is i wish we could hear the waterfall from our room and there’s a bit more privacy between each villa.

Bon hôtel mais quelques améliorations nécessaires
Un bon séjour dans cet hôtel 4*, malgré tout un peu cher pour les prestations proposées. Les « plus » : la cadre (en pleine forêt tropicale, piscine, bar et restaurant avec vue splendide sur l’océan), le service, le bar (superbes cocktails), le spa (expérience unique en bord de rivière dans la forêt !). Les « moins » : route non goudronnée et très cabossée pour y accéder (SUV vraiment requis, et 10 minutes pour rejoindre la route principale !), les villas pas très bien agencées et à rafraîchir ! (du moisi et de la rouille dans la douche, très peu de rangements, rideaux défraîchis…), le bruit des cuisines du restaurant et du bar qui sont un peu trop présents lorsque l’on est dans les villas 1 et 2 (deluxe, vue océan), le restaurant un peu cher (compter minimum 70$ à deux pour un repas 1 plat avec boisson).

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon checking in they decided that the price I was quoted, for the amount of people I had in my party as shown on my email confirmation from Expedia, and was told that that amount was TOO LOW and that they needed to charge me an additional $60/per person. I contacted Expedia and they attempted to then rectify the situation and was told by the hotel that they would not be issuing a refund and that I had to pay the additional amount AND EXPEDIA WAS OKAY WITH THAT. How are you going to let your customers be treated like that Expedia?

Tranquil, chic lodge - on top of the mountain.
We loved our stay at Oxygen Jungle. It was tranquil and romantic, The view is amazing and the decor is chic. The food and cocktails were outstanding and beautifully presented. The spa treatments are in a new open air platform in the jungle, right above a waterfall. So relaxing. I would highly highly recommend Oxygen Jungle.

Everything was amazing! The villas were beautifully tucked up into the forest. 4x4 needed to get there. The staff felt like family, it was hard to say goodbye. We will ABSOLUTELY be going back.
