When I arrived, I was notified that the elevators did not work. The building has been under heavy construction for at least 1 year. The only floors (4 floors total) that are in condition sufficient for hotel accommodations are the first and fourth. I had to lug my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. There used to be a pool, a bar and restaurant. There are none of these things now. At 10-minutes to 9PM my second night on the fourth floor, construction work involving heavy equipment and drilling began above me on the roof. When I called the concierge desk I was given long silence, and after a pause, a "eh, OK.... I'll have to tell them to stop work." It wasn't cheap, either. Considering the location, a strip mall farther from downtown than the airport, this was the most unexpectedly terrible hotel stay I've ever had, without any notice, as Expedia did not accurately describe this property.

I ordered and paid for a king bed suite. They said they gave my room away and put me in a 2 single bed room. TV did not work . Elevators were broken and they put me on the 4th floor.8 flights of steps for a 73 year old man. This place should be shut down by the health department. Will never stay in a 4 points again. I did get a laugh though when I went to a meeting this morning and told the 20 participants about the 4 points dumpster fire.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had using an online app to book a hotel. This hotel should not have been listed to provide rooms to guests. I received an email the evening before after the cancellation window had closed saying they were renovating the lobby and the restaurant and bar would not be available. It was much worse than that. There were no facilities. The lobby and the rest of the hotel were under construction. The hallway was filled with construction materials and equipment. It took over 15 minutes for someone to come to the “front desk”. There appeared to be a few rooms that were available. The other rooms were open and filled with construction materials. The room was listed as a king bed and pull out sofa but there was only a chair and no sofa. None of this was mentioned when I booked the room. This was disgraceful and I cannot believe that Expedia offered this hotel as a legitimate option. This was an unbelievable experience. I could continue this rant but it would not alleviate my sense of how inappropriate this experience has been. The facility should be ashamed, as should Expedia for listing it.

The hotel was under construction and this was not disclosed when I booked. They did send an email about it the day of my check in when I was already in transit.

The entire property was going through a total renovation. Received an email the day of travel. Nothing we could have done. Employees were fine, but this hotel should not have been open. Expected more from this chain. Was surprised when I got such a good rate for this hotel. Found out why when I got there.

Place is under complete renovation and should not be offering rooms. I was given a "renovated" room, the renovation team must have been a cheap one. Shower handles loose, door missing screws, horrible furniture, bed right nest to a/c unit, matress smaller than box. Was there for 1 hr and left in the middle of the night

Double Charged / Hotel Nasty
This place was horrible. Elevator was iffy on whether I'd make it to the 4th floor. Almost every amenity listed was unavailable because of renovations. TV service did not work. To top it off, I was double charged and keep getting the "it is a hold only" from staff members. The hold processed as a payment and now I have to get a refund. I only booked here for the Tesla chargers. Thankfully, they worked.

Extremely unsatisfied
Between the renovations and lack of amenities this place should be a no go for any future visitors. Worst hotel experience I and my family have ever had. Screws and wall/ceiling debris all over the floor. Unreliable workers that say one thing then lie to cover their own butts. Reno’s at all hours of the night. A elevator that wasn’t up to code. They should have shut down for the renovations and not open back up. Worse experience of my life. Will do everything in my power to make sure my friends and family never experience this place. I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but I can’t come up with one nice thing to say about it.

There was no accommodation for the pool. The building was being renovated. It looked unsafe. So many safety hazards. The elevator was scary. I would’ve never booked had I known the hotel was under reconstruction. This hotel should be closed until they finish. I feel like I was put on the floor that was very unsafe

Probably should have been closed for the renovations. The elevator felt extremely unsafe. The walls and ceilings showed signs of major building shifting. Also, no privacy due to the joining room doors. You can hear every word. The main door didn't want to easily shut. It's probably time to tear down and rebuild by the looks of things.

Even though breakfast lounge and 3rd floor were under construction the property was quiet and clean and rooms were large. Nice spot.

Haunted house hotel
The room was horrible. Broken stuff, holes everywhere. Literally looked like a haunted house. The elevators felt like they were going to get stuck. Just look at the picture

The property was under significant construction without any indication at the time of booking. No prepared food available and the elevators were filthy. Actually checked out a day early due to the conditions and the staff person would not even consider refunding the unused night.

Property is under construction (remodeling) but we were able to stay on the 4th floor which is fully remodeled and the rooms were lovely, comfortable beds, hotel was quiet. We weren’t there much other than to sleep but I would stay here again.

This property is under major construction, which was not shared before our stay. The TV did not work in our room and there was hardly any lighting in the room. It was clear the room was in the midst of being updated as there were no carpets, etc. The beds and bathroom were okay.

Hotel is having renovations. Elevator is marked as service/construction use only. We were on 4th floor! Room was booked as king bed. Got room with 2 doubles. However, no others available. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room was clean and shower had great water pressure. Bathroom light ran on motion sensor so it kept going off while I was in the shower. Overall would probably not stay again. You kind of expect a little more from Sheraton. Area surrounding hotel had plenty of choices for restaurants.

Good stay.
They are doing remodeling of the hotel so there was some inconvenience from that (part of the lobby closed, elevator was useable but inside covered for construction) but the hotel was still clean and quiet.

This hotel is undergoing a full remodel under. The place is a chaotic mess. No Wi-Fi. The elevator looks like something from a Stephen king movie. The place is full of dirt and dust. Very loud. The outside area is sketchy. Shady people congregating by the door and smoking. As a non-smoker, it was pretty gross.

Room was very typical and good for a quick overnight - friendly staff too. Hotel is under construction, so plenty of things listed as amenities are probably offline but that didn’t impact us at all. Great area, we would absolutely come back!

Place is undee construction no pool, no.bar, no restaurant! We paid more to have all these things as advertised but they were not actually available. No discount on rate, not a single care given by them. The breakfast a bagle yogurt andnold fruit. The room smelled terribly. The clock was broken and the TV kept resetting looking for signal. DONT HO HERE!!! I paid a premium for this hotel for a toadside motel quality.

Don’t over pay for this dump
Hotel was torn up and dirty. Costs way too much for the horrible condition it was in. The place was dirty and unkept. Said remodeling going on but staff can keep it clean. There were some seeedy characters hanging around as well. Back door of hotel was always propped pen. Definitely not promoting safety. They should reduce rate of stay or offer a credit. Bo boy hotels should know better.

The hotel was under construction and was not advertised as such. It was dirty and very messy with construction products. Pool was not open nor was the bar. Our room was advertised with a sofa couch and there was none in our room. Carpets are so old and dirty. The elevator was under construction and down right scary. If I had know this, we would have booked another room. Very disappointed with the Sheraton chain of hotels.

Full remodel going on so pool, bar, and spa closed. Place was dirty with makeshift materials boarded up. Should not have paid this price, too late to check in somewhere else.

Bar, pool, was closed. Elevator was not working I got stuck going up. The hallways smells of gas fumes. And when I told the hotel host I smelled gas fumes he told me I smelled good.

I really liked the continental breakfast option. I was on the second floor and so the voices from the dining area really carry’s up to the rooms. Our room had no conditioner and you couldn’t close the bathroom door. The carpet throughout the building makes the property look unclean and outdated. I was in the shower when I noticed the conditioner being out. I advised the gentleman that was working the front desk upon checkout of these items and explained I wanted an adjustment to my bill but was in a hurry and will have to email later.

TV did not work in the room. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they indicated they had no maintenance available so the only option was to move to a new room. The next day I was given a new room. When I went to the old room I found my key was inactivated to then old room. Luckily, a housekeeping person was there to let me in. Situation was not a huge deal but was inconvenient and should not occur in the way it did.

We started out booking about 2 hours in advance of arrival as we were traveling across country. They had some bad weather and the roof leaked I don't know all the details but the manager tried very hard to make this a good stay unfortunately in the end we checked into the a room an hour after arrival we didn't have bedding material for the pullout couch that we needed. The room had a broken shower that he told us about he ensured us they would have a room next door available for us to shower in it was unfortunately also broken so no shower.
