The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street next to a coupld of other hotels and well lighted, so we felt very safe.

The staff was warm, welcoming and efficient! The entire hotel smelled fresh and was clean, which is no easy feat for a place that caters to a four-legged clientele. Everything is provided for you in the room and it even has a fridge! However, the soda machines were empty on two floors so I had to go to the front desk. Not a huge issue for me. The restaurant seemed short of help but the food was pretty good. My only complaint would be the banquet food, we had it two nights in a row, it was just ok.

Simple place with a nice staff and free breakfast. Elevator was broken, pool was cold and room was very musty smelling.

Staff was very helpful. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in many years, large variety of good, fresh food. They even had hardboiled eggs in the fridge and a 1 min pancake machine. Coffee was better than most hotel coffee. Room (two Queen Suite) was very clean, larger than I expected, worth the extra $10. Son said the fold out couch was comfortable. Queen beds were good. TV was good quality and had a printed channel guide. All the bath products were stocked. Fridge was very cold. Several restaurants close. Aldi across the street, Kroger down the street.

The hotel was on our way to our final destination, and we stopped in to rest. The hotel was close to Roosters which is an amazing place to eat, along with other places. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the pillows were perfect. If you like firm or soft the pillow case was marked. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was great!!! Pets are welcome and have a yard to use. Breakfast was very good also. A big variety. We truly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Awesome staff, clean as could be, nice bedding and towels, excellent tv, and we slept on the pullout without hurting ourselves too badly. The kids said the beds were amazing, though! It wasn't quiet in the little corner we were in, I'm not sure if we were behind the kitchen or something, but it was pretty hard to ignore. The only other problem we had was the light from the parking lot, we couldn't close the blinds and it was way too bright to sleep well. We really enjoyed ourselves, and I'm sure we'll be back!
