I liked that the hotel shuttle was availble to take guests to restaurants, etc... within a radius around the hotel so guests don' t have to drive or pay for transportation

The desk girl was so good at recommending a Resturant and made sure we got on the shuttle to Flannigans and sent the shuttle back to pick us up all as a courtesy from the hotel. Give this girl a raise

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is under renovation so the dining was very limited. I felt the breakfast was too expensive so we didnt partake. All you can eat is not something we needed. The hotel accommodations were clean, roomy and very sound proof. Upon entering the hotel , it smelled very pleasant.

Property was in a nice location, they had a shuttle that would transport you to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking was free and convenient. Customer service was great. Room was clean for the most part. Tub had mold around the top. Beds were ok, water in the shower was nice and hot. Pool was icky. There was a thick white substance floating at the top when we were planning to use it, we notified the front desk, then left to get food. About an hour later we returned to the same white substance floating in the pool. The hotel itself was a little rundown on the inside. Definitely was not worth the 1300$ I paid for 4 nights.

My husband and I arrived at 6:30 am and check in is not until 3pm. We were so tired from flying international that we took the chance in asking if they would allow us to check in early. The gentleman was so nice that he did not hesitate to provide our needs. He immediately looked for a room and we were able to rest for the day. They are in the middle of renovation and the floor they assigned us was a mess, but we were able to sleep and rest. thank you for allowing us to check in early.

Way too expensive for a hotel being remodeled. Breakfast was $25 a person ridiculous. No restaurant in area unless you shuttled. Never stay again

Location is ideal for someone hopping onto or off a flight. The property was a little dated and currently under extensive renovations. However, rooms were cozy and spacious. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we were comfortable.

We didn't know the kitchen was close. we stay for 3 nights, no car, everything is far from the Hotel. The shuttle can bring you in 3 miles area only. If we know about the kitchen close we will booked another Hotel. But everything was clean.

Although the hotel is under construction it was still a decent place to stay before the cruise. We had to take an Uber to have dinner but that was ok Room was clean and bed was comfortable Staff were nice

The view is breathtaking. The staff was wonderful. Hotel does not have a restaurant. They do serve breakfast for $22 person. They are renovating currently. The lady behind the desk did say will be under construction until November 2024. The rooms are amazing though!

The hotel is being renovated and expedia was informed per the hotel but did not mentioned on the website. Nb restaurant or bar and terrible odor from the construction. The room was very dated with srains on the furniture. The shuttle took 45 minutes from the airport and ubers cannot find the location. So happy to leave. Staff were pleasant but mentioned that "systems" were down and had trouble finding reservations.

Needed to stay close to Miami airport for an early morning flight. This was 3 1/2 miles away, easy to get to the airport. It was clean, large room, fast check-in and competitive pricing.

The room was great - clean and tidy. They put me in a room overlooking the pool and lake. The staff were very attentive to my needs as well and was able to accommymy request for an early check in. Gave a 4-star on ‘Property Condition and Facilities’ because the hotel was under renovation, otherwise, it is amazing! I’m sure it will be a lot better once its done.

Not able to do the shuttle as it only leaves hurly and we just missed the first shuttle. No posting of shuttle hours anywhere. Hotel was undergoing renovations. No dining available and nothing close by. Otherwise room was large, nice and clean. View at pool area over bay was nice.

The shuttle took an hour to get to the airport. When we arrived the hotel bar & restaurant were closed for renovations. Then I was told the advertised 25,000 points weren't applicable because I booked through Travelocity. But the staff were nice & the pool, view & room were very nice.
