Location is in the middle of a heavily crowded place. Rosd transport is tough due to heavy traffic Hotel as such is excellent and nice staff. Clean and neat rooms with all items

Highly Reccomend
We had a great stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The reception staff gave useful advice and tips, about taxi prices, shops, restaurants, etc. They answered our many requests, including printing and weighing scale. They always ensured we were happy with everything, from the cleanliness of our rooms to the breakfast. We have never experienced such brilliant service at a hotel before. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect for us because it was super close to loads of amazing shops. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice experience with the hotel, I will defenitely choose them next time. Pros: 1) very good and friendly staff; what else you need if the staffs are there to help you with anything. I travelled with my family including 6 month old baby, they literally fulfilled all our needs. 2) A nice rtestuarant; neat and clean, and delicious south indian food. They offered free breakfast everyday, lunch and dinner at very reasonable price. 3)Good location; its at the centre of the city; eventhough its crowded, you will not feel that bad inside the hotel, it is calm and cool inside. AC works great, both hot and cool water. CONS 1) Bathroom is not that new with little bit of stain, but it was clean. I think the stain is because of the hard water. I would say it is worth the money. you will not feel very bad.

I stayed at this hotel. Condition of the inside of the hotel is very bad. Photos doesn't showcase the condition of the inside. Positive feedback Friendly staff Good service Negative feedback Mosquito: you can see dead mosquito on the windows. Pretty discusting. Broken, old and smelly washroom Inside of the building has old carpets and ripped. Building smells like dust. Dark inside the hallway. All these negative are not posted in the pictures. I have attached them below to see.

Wonderful Hotel with very bad restaurant service
It was a fantastic trip. The service and the cleanliness were just outstanding. The hotel is near to famous shopping places in T-Nagar and its very convenient. However the their restaurant were very bad. The service of their restaurant are very bad and the staff were very rude as well. In addition the food tastes very bad and I wont suggest to take thier breakfast. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and I would suggest to try them instead.

地下鉄駅トリニティから歩いて.7分。マジェステなどのにもすぐ行けて、安心できる立地．交通費も節約できて、時間も計算できて観光にとても便利。スタバやピザ店も近い。

Nice little hotel
Nice quiet little hotel to stay in the middle of crazy T Nagar hustle and bustle. Very helpful reception staff and hotel staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok.

Reservation Staff were extremely helpful !
The hotel is located fairly centrally with a short drive to anywhere. ( Approx 200 INR to the airport and a similar amount to George Town.) The staff will arrange taxis and explain to driver where he is to take you in Tamil (as most we encountered only spoke Tamil ) Alternatively you can tour around for 4 hours for about 800 INR.

Will rethink on staying here.
Been to Chennai before and stayed in other hotels. So my review is as under- Rooms are clean but the ac and in-room mini fridge was not working efficiently. Single x 2 Cots have 10" mattresses which make sleeping difficult as beds give a sense of instability.

Remember, it's a 3 star hotel
Everything seemed good. Hotel staffs were helpful. I didn't get the TV working from second day onwards. It seemed they didn't pay the subscription fee. The breakfast is good. Bathrooms were not exceptional, but fairly maintened. Rooms were a bit small. Overall, a good hotel to stay.

駅とT nagar　バススタンドに近い便利なホテル。
タオルの交換や水を忘れることもあったが、概ね満足。 バスルームがsmellyだったのがちょっと残念。

I stayed about 7 days. The room was nice and clean. Close to Mambalam Train Satation which train goes to Chennai Central and Chennai Beach ( Take 20 minutes to Chennai Central Station which is the station has long trip train such as Tirupati, Mumbai, Madurai, Hydrabath, Koyambutur, etc.. ). If you request for room clean service, Then, It will extra charges. The Taxi charges less than the Hotel Vehicle ( Better use Taxi instead of Hotel Vehicle to go to the Airport ). uAll Staffs were very helpful and friendly. 24 hours room service. The food was excellent for me at the Taz Kamar. In the morning was buffet system.

Recommend
Although the hotel was nice, clean and safe as well as a good location for shopping, the first night we were there we had to use our misquito net. Someone must have left the windows open at some point and the room was infested. The 2nd and 3rd nights were fine. Food at the restaurant was good however they do not cater for international guests when it came to breakfast. With that being said I would still recommend.

Helpful, friendly Staff with Good Location
We enjoyed staying at this Hotel so much, we extended our stay by a week. Staff were consistently helpful and competent. Many families were "repeat" consumers.

Pleasant hotel in a bustling area
When we arrived, we were disappointed that the hotel seemed to be in a quiet area, away from anywhere interesting. But forget that - the area comes alive in the evening, and you'll be pleased that it's in fact in a great location just off the main shopping and market streets. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. There's a bank opposite, street food stands 2 mins walk away, and bus station 5 mins walk away. My only complaint is that the wifi was next to useless (I ended up just using my phone's LTE/4G), and the shower water was never more than lukewarm.

We did appreciate their 24 h check-out rule. Check-out is at the next at the same time as you checked-in. If you need anything more just talk to the very helpful staff and they will find an arrangement. Hotel is very close to a metro station which gets you directly to the airport or Chennai central. We felt save and comfortable at this hotel. If we have another stay over in Chennai we will book this hotel again.
