호텔주변이 중심가에서 10분정도 떨어져있지만 호텔 전체적인 컨디션은 좋았습니다.수영장도 한시간씩 이용할수있었구요.직원분들도 친절했고 전체적으로 좋았습니다

깨끗 깔끔 햄프턴인~
아이를 칠리왁에 있는 학교에 보내고 처음으로 아이들 보러 가기위해 학교에서 7~8분 거리의 이 호텔에 묵었어요. 힐튼 계열이라 그런지 룸컨디션은 물론 직원의 친절도 정말 훌륭했습니다. 더욱이 정말 믿기지 않는 훌륭한 가격으로 최고의 서비스를 받고 왔네요~

Staff super friendly it was my wifes 30th and i called in asking if they could set up balloons if i dropped them off. With out a beat the front desk lady said not a probelm and wed love to.

They advertise an e-v charging station on site , they have a sign for it , but really all they have is a 110 plug to use if you bring your own charge cable. Check in said this was normal to charge an e-v. way, they are way behind on this item . 110 will take 45 hrs to dull charge. No option for gluten free breakfast not even any fruit, very disappointed , other major brands have nailed a long time ago.

The property in itself was good, the staff was friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was good. The location was out of the way. Could not walk to and amenities except a convenience store. The rooms were big and spacious, clean on the most part. The one major downfall was I found a dried , ham bone that was obviously a dogs snack that got pushed under the chair and lost by the animal. I was sitting in another chair waiting for the wife to get ready when i noticed it. Took it down to the lobby and “Donna” the front desk lady was very apologetic and tried to switch us rooms but the inn was full. So she phoned expedia and had our money refunded. So besides finding a big ham bone underneath the chair , it was a great place. Wish i could give it a 5 star but the ham bone stoled one star.

This property caters perfectly to workers and hockey teams. Basic breakfast. Basic housekeeping. Basic location. Also for no frill travellers. Expectations are exceeded due to price point. We asked the desk for housekeeping during our 3 night stay which we didn’t get. The heating/air conditioning unit made an exceptional noise so we turned it off. The windows do not open anywhere, not even in the gym. Hampton Inn by No Frills (priced approximately) would be more apt.

Hotel staff were great. Had to change our own sheets on the pullout bed because there was hair all over the sheets. The air conditioner was quite loud and it sounded like an alarm going off. Told hotel staff and maintenance “fixed” it. It ended up being just a quieter version of the loud alarm sound.

It was a great stay at the Hampton inn, however the front desk concierge Sharon is not very pleasant. As we tried to solve an issue with a cc for the security deposit. The women woman sat and berated me on the phone regarding my “financial” situation when I tried to pay with a different cc. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful and there was no need for any of that.

The front desk was very accommodatable and helped me with a few things. They got me a charge cord for my phone because I forgot it. They were smiling when I couldn’t remember my pin to my MasterCard and they made it work. I appreciate that a lot because I was super tired, they also had salt and vinegar chips, a great hot tub and pool and comfortable bed.

Beautiful quiet spot with nice entrance . Greeted by friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern with lots of space. Breakfast was hot and a with a large array of choices . The eating area was large with space for many participants. We felt safe, listened to and comfortable at this location
