만족스럽지만 살짝 아쉬웠음.
시설이 깔끔하고 방도 넓은 편이었어요. 다만, 전자레인지가 작동이 안돼서 좀 불편했어요. 바로 고칠 수가 없고 좀 기다려야 한다고 해서요. 결국 프론트에서 전자렌지 돌려서 방으로 가져왔어요. 그 외 다른 면은 만족스러웠습니다.

Hi Valerie, we are very grateful that you choose to stay with us. Its definitely unfortunate to hear that we failed to meet your expectations in regards to the pool. Our website does mention in several locations including the landing page that it is an outdoor seasonal pool. We also have displayed photographs of the pool showing that it is an exterior pool. We hope you'll stay with us again when the pool does open up in May-September. We wish you a safe and happy travels.

Stayed here on a whim on our way to SLC from LV instead of driving all the way thru. Check in was fast and easy! Breakfast was yummy and staff was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived after a long drive on very wintery roads. Room was cozy and warm and the bed was very comfortable.

For a 1 night stay it was fine. The weather was cold when we stayed, so we used the room heater. It was very noisy, making it not easy to sleep. The room itself was clean. Not the 8 stars I saw on the reviews.

Room terrible, wrong bed Receptionist amazing!!
Booked a queen room, got a double. Shower floor has holes in it. Toilet paper on back of toilet no roll holder. Room wasn’t very clean. Old and dated. Receptionist was amazing. Friendly courteous. Professional.

Convenient Location
Checked in around midnight and the person at the front desk was super helpful. Our door was stuck and they came up to help us with us. Great and convenient spot to stop right off 15.

I traveled with a cat and the room was not cat proofed. She could easily have climbed INTO the mattress or behind the TV, dresser etc. we left and found another Best Western that actually accommodated pets.

Thank you for your review although I don't believe this is an accurate of fair review of our hotel. It is impossible for any pet to climb into the mattress unless you let them onto the bed with you. The TV is mounted on a roughly 5 foot tall tv stand/dresser that is pressed firmly against the wall making it impossible for any pet or person to get behind it. You also didn't stay at the hotel, within 2 minutes of your arrival we had fully refunded you and canceled your reservation. Safe travels

When I reserved our 2 rooms, I was told that "all rooms had recliners". Well, neither of our rooms did. I am handicapped and enjoy sleeping in a comfortable recliner. It was a tough night. The place was clean and the breakfast was good, however.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s very convenient and the staff is always wonderful. An older property but clean and appreciate the free spread and eggs at breakfast. Also that it’s easy to have a quiet walk before a long drive.
