Not so friendly host
It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit großer Wiese, Pool und Liegestühlen und Zugang zum See. Perfektes Frühstück, guter Parkplatz und mit guten Möglichkeiten zu Fuß in den Ort zu kommen.

Town where hotel is located only has one taxi and hotel was no help with transportation. We were told by hotel to take the bus 45 minutes and then walk a mile which we had no choice but to do in the hot sun with our luggage. We also had to take a ferry for an hour to get to Bellagio which is the highlight of Lake Cuomo. Great place if you want to be isolated from civilization.

wow! the hotel is responsible of the fact that in town there's only 1 taxi?? i gotta keep this in mind... and also i forgot to mention that just a few months ago they moved Bellagio further south so that the boat ride would last longer (last year it was only 10 minutes away!!) if you can't afford a rental car maybe it would be better if you check google maps carefully when you reserve a hotel anywhere...

Alles super!
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am See, ein sehr gutes Parkplatzangebot und der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Pool, aber auch die Möglichkeit an den See zu kommen. Das Frühstücksbufett ist super. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel à l'environnement calme et agréable, beaucoup moins animé que plus au sud mais proche de tout. Accueil, propreté, bon petit déjeuner, piscine de bonne taille et accès direct au lac, tout y est pour être conquis et avoir envie d'y retourner

The staff is fantastic! Recommend a great restaurant that we visited 3 nights, it was really good! The wellness center has everything you need to relax after a long day of site seeing.

Great New-Looking Hotel, So-So Location
This is a small nice hotel on the northern part of the lake. This was our first trip to Lake Como. Having been there now, I would probably choose a hotel in one of the towns further south. We had a hard time finding this hotel initially, its surrounded by some small farm-looking properties, and Google Maps kept trying to take me down a single lane road that would dead end at a farm. There are no restaurants that are easily walkable, especially at night. With that said, the hotel itself is wonderful - right on the water, very clean, good size rooms, and we were able to at least get snacks and drinks from the lobby until 11pm. So the hotel was great, the location was so-so.

beautiful position on the lake shore
Family run hotel on northwest side of Lake Como. It’s difficult to find using satnav but it’s well signposted from the main road. It’s got a quiet and beautiful position on the lake shore. Breakfast is good. The one thing that lets it down is the very cold swimming pool. It has pleasant modern style rooms with lake view terraces and balconies.

Flott hotell ved Comosjøen
Veldig bra hotel med vannkanten av Comosjøen. Flotte rom, og god frokost. Bassengområdet var topp, fin hage med solstoler til alle med utsikt over sjøen. Kort vei til strand. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, eine riesige Auswahl, jeden Tag frisches Obst, leckerer Käse, u.v.m. es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön und etwas abgelegen. Aber die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit Blick auf den See. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Tolles modernes Hotel, große Zimmer mit super netten Service. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns mir unseren beiden Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, moderne Zimmer, ein ausreichender Wellnessbereich und kostenlose Parkplätze sind definitiv ein Plus. Das Hotel ist leicht außerhalb der Stadt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man aber schon in dieser. Ich sehe das aufgrund der Ruhe (nicht direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße) aber auch als Vorteil. Hotel ist zu empfehlen!

Empfehlenswertes Hotel am Comer See
Das ruhige Ambiente am Comer See mit stillvoll eingerichetem Mobiliar und einem schönen Pool hat uns mehr als zufrieden gestellt. Die Hotelbesitzer waten sehr freundlich und nett und sind auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Ideal zum Ausspannen und Auftanken. Die Umgebung selbst ist touristisch noch nicht so überlaufen und man findet auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider war das am nahesten gelege Restaurant was Essen und Service angeht, trotz Empfehlung, nichts für uns. Im Hotel selbst gibt es nur Frühstück, welches aber sehr gut ist und auch auf der Terasse genossen werden kann. Der Sauna-Bereich war recht klein ausgelegt und wird in den Sommermonaten nur nach Anfrage geöffnet. Vorhandene Fahrräder sind für Gäste über 1,80 m Grösse leider ungeeignet. Trotzdem verdient das Hotel unsere Empfehlung, da es unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt hat. Was noch zu erwähnen war (positiv oder negativ überlasse ich ihnen) sind die für italienische harten Betten.

thank you for your review... we always try to learn from our guests comments. on average our breakfast carries 15 types of cured meats and coldcuts... 25 types of cheese (our area is blessed with a great production of cheese) fresh season fruit of all kind plus a selection of exotical fruits such as papaya, fresh coconut, passion fruit, figs, prickly pear, persimmon, avocado - a fruit salad made fres daily with all kinds of season berries (some from our own garden) the cereal corner counts at least 8 different kinds of cereals and 12 kinds of seeds and nuts.... 8 different kinds of homemade jam, local honey, even peanut butter! 7 different kinds of juice - toats - eggs - fresh baked croissant - 5 kinds of bread .. and much more I am very proud of my breakfast buffet and i really appriciate any suggestion that would make it amazing and not just adequate.... thank you

Suveränt boende vid Comosjön
Lite svårt att hitta eftersom det ligger för sig själv nere vid sjön men när man väl kommit dit är det ett suveränt hotell. Familjeägt med trevlig personlig service. Allting rent och snyggt inklusive pool och kringliggande område. En frukost som var en av de bättre vi upplevt. Istället för att satsa på mängder av olika pålägg etc har man satsat på hög kvalitet i det som erbjuds. Fräscha juicer och frukter. Vackert och lugnt läge precis vid Comosjön. Bra och säker parkering om man anländer med bil. Mycket bra restaurang inom gångsvatånd.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. We all loved the pool and pool area was fantastic.
