깨끗하고 편안한 리조트!
푼타카나 초입이라 바바로까지 멀리 안가도 돼서 좋아요. 시설도 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절하고 요청에 대한 반응이 굉장히 빠릅니다. 개인적으로는 올인클루시브를 선호하지 않는 편이라 다른 리조트에 비해 여기가 훨씬 좋습니다. 빌리지나 블루몰가는 셔틀도 있어서 나가서 밥먹거나 식품 쇼핑하기도 편해요.

A quite great choice
The beach wad clean in comparison to other beaches. No mosquitoes. But no shuttles or buses to the airport, which is located on 5mins dirve away from hotel. They charge you US$40 round-way. There is no other option. Just you have to pay it. Everything was more expensive than in U.S.A.

The only problem is that on the Expedia page shows as inclusive hotel, surprisingly is not and I end up expending more money. When I tried to claim to Expedia wasn’t helpful at all!

Perfektes Hotel mit tollem Service. Riesiger Pool, Privatstrand, Zimmer sehr groß mit Balkon. Super klimatisiert. Ich habe mich sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurzer Transfer zum Flughafen. Paradies!

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. It was very peaceful and clean. The views and beaches were lovely. Service was a little slow for dinner and the breakfast buffet was overpriced (but delicious) but I believe it was a standard price for most waterfront resorts. Balconies off of the rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend for a low key, relaxing stay.

If you want a relaxing break, great place. It’s not the party place like the all inclusives. The entire staff were super friendly. We loved being a $10 Uber ride to Punta Cana Village and some great restaurants. Beach was nice. Shade was available at beach and pool. Only downside is just like many resorts, food and drink prices are high. Also, I don’t understand why resorts like this don’t have a small market for drinks, snacks and pizza (like the Westin in Cabo). We decided to go to the market on day two so we had drinks and snacks for the room. Overall, high rating and will likely return.

Beautiful property but it’s isolated from actual culture, and the food at the restaurants was just meh and not very cultural either. I guess that’s resort living though.

I stayed at the Westin for 4/3 with my boyfriend, and it was such a peaceful experience. We went to one of the area restaurant, La Yoya, which has an amazing view, and the food was great! We also had breakfast at one of the restaurants on the property, and lunch at Arena bar. The lunch was sooooo good! We had the jerk chicken wings, oxtail pasta, and Caribbean red snapper. Everything was amazing! Our room was cleaned everyday, and we had no issues, except the hot water wasn’t hot enough for me. Overall, the staff was so helpful, the property is beautiful, and the beach was to die for. I will definitely be back.

Westin never disappoints, we booked at another property non refundable because it look good only to find a hard bed and terrible food. At the Westin we experienced a heavenly stay, comfortable bed, AC, wifi in room and great staff! Also we thought being close to the airport would be an issue but you’re farther than it looks and it’s very enjoyable.

I liked how remote and quiet it is. Everyone was nice and friendly. One thing that I did not like was they would not allow uber pickup from the resort. We had to order a taxi and it was ridiculous rates even to go out of the resort. Very inconvenient.

I've never been so disappointed in a stay in my life. To start off, we had cash and jewelry stolen out of our room. We had been utilizing the safe, but as it is small we had prioritized putting laptops and passports in and we were all wearing our jewelry. I came into the room before going out to swim and quickly took off my gold earrings and put them in a pocket deep in my backpack, where I also had some cash hiding for quick access when tipping people at your resort. When my roommates and I came back to the room we noticed all our stuff had been gone through and we all were missing cash. We understand that the hotel can not necessarily replace the cash but we would've appreciated at least feeling validated in our concerns and fears in having your staff steal our stuff. Instead, we felt mocked and that it was one giant joke. A really disappointing experience.

The good: amazing beach with white sand and clear water. Ample and spacious so that we did not feel crowded. Great swimming pools. The bad: dining options were very limited: three restaurants all extremely overpriced and with very little options when traveling with small children. Taxis outside of the property also very overpriced, to the point where looking for eat-outs was made expensive. Bill for 4 full days including 3 breakfasts for 2 people, sandwiches for lunch and small dinner every night. One drink per day US$ 1250.00. The ugly: Staff was ZERO friendly. I booked 5 nights and was downgraded from a premium suite to a much smaller room the first night, and offered US$30 per night if I kept the smaller room. I did not accept and was offered US$ 150.00 compensation when transferred to my suite on day 2. The compensation was not included in my final bill and I had to complain again on checkout. Hotel fees on my bill were overstated and I had to ask for a correction too. Food was uncooked at the beachside restaurant and the head waiter was completely rude when we made him aware. Had to ask many times for a toddler seat each morning at breakfast before someone would bother, etc. Overall not an experience I would repeat. I have been many times to the Dom. Rep. and there are many amazing beaches with great service and where you dont feel ripped off with US$ 9 beer cans or US$ 18 mojitos; and above all where staff greet you with a sincere smile.

We had a wonderful week at the Westin and would definitely stay again. A few things I would suggest to make it better …. Having a small market for hotel guests , several clean water stations for refills, and later pool /hot tub hours .

The resort was beautiful once we arrived. The room we were assigned to had dead bugs and spider webs in the corners or the room that were very visible. They immediately upgraded our room and move us. We then moving into a room that smells highly of mildew. The shower was lined in mold, the ac vent is above the bed and dripped water on us all night. No one really understood English on the property or spoke it. All tv shows are in Spanish as well. We dined in at two of the restaurants which one over charged us by $40. We went to breakfast once and they attempted to charge us $71 for two. We did not eat because it was cold as soon as we sat to eat. We honestly will not be returning or referring this resort.

The beach was beautiful, over all the room was nice. The Premium ocean view could only be enjoyed from the balcony. The food was just not good except for the fish tacos. It was uncomfortable to have staff ask for cash tips at almost every occasion when we tried to leave it on the bill. Shout out to maintenance for unclogging the shower drain in a timely fashion (previous guest left a hair clog, I don't blame hotel)

An amazingly beautiful resort. Pristine in service and maintenance of the property. Meals were great with several options of award winning cuisines to choose from, on the property. Don't thi k about this option twice. You wont be disappointed. Thanks to staff for delivering everytime.
