Lovely hotel, wonderful location
This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. While the hotel itself is a little tired, the lobby, restaurant, pool, terrace and beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The first thing I noticed about this hotel when I walked in the front door was the heavy odor of both cleaning solution and cigarette smoke. The next thing I noticed was the old and decrepit looking elevator. The staff was pleasant and accommodating we went up to our room on the third floor and it certainly was not up to my expectation of a four-star. Sadly I checked out and moved to the hotel directly next to it

Mati Hotel comment
We only stayed for one night and everything was perfect Centrally located with lots of lovely reestaurants to choose from. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was not included so we never experienced that side of the hotel. You could have breaakfast for EUR10 per person if you wish. It was terribly windy when we stayed so never got to walk around much. IOverall met all our requirements for one night stay.

The building was filthy, they have an elevator that’s 1000 years old, the pictures online looks nothing like their rooms, our blanket was made out of plastic like material. We left 1/3 of our reservation and the staff was speaking disrespectfully in Greek language towards us leaving (my friend spoke Greek and was able to translate). They wouldn’t refund our money for the next two days. Oh & they don’t allow free breakfast anymore cause of covid( it’s 2023)No ways this hotel has as high ratings as it does online. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thank you for your time to post this review.We are very sorry for your disappointment but it is important to mention that we have charged you just for one day and Expedia have refunded you the amount for the next two days. We have contacted Expedia and they confirmed that they have approved the partial refund of the amount paid on 28/08/23 . They also informed us that the whole procession is completed in about one week counting from 28/08/23.Please check your account and in case you have any inquiries you can contact us or Expedia directly.

Welcomed very warmly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Everything is very efficient from arranging taxis to morning calls. The receptionist was enormously helpful. The hotel is great value for money and very near the port.

Staff reception was amazing thank you to Joanna and all the team. Room was beautiful with ocean views. You are right on ocean front and swimming in the ocean was really nice and safe. Across the road is a beautiful authentic Greek restaurant just made our stay we ate there every night. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy a swim $37e from airport

We really enjoyed our stay at the Miti Hotel. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The pool, restaurant, bar and the hotel was outstanding. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Can’t remember the managers name for very accommodating!! My husband and I stay there after a cruise.

This was a pleasant place to stay near the airport on the last day of our Greece trip. Great pool and room with a view. Only complaint is that Apple Maps sent us to the wrong place, 4 kms away. We advised management and also submitted a correction to Apple Maps.

Great stay, right by the sea with its own beach, salty pool which was awesome, all rooms have view on the sea, the showers are meh, hard to adjust the shower temperature, not much to do around in the area with couple of restaurants and a mini market.

We loved our stay at the Mati Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff including Athina, Joanna and Alina. They are all hard workers with excellent customer service skills. The property, our room and the extra large pool was very clean. The view of the Aegean Sea was gorgeous from our picture window and our balcony in our room. There is a mini market down the road which is convenient and the Eva Restaurant at the corner has delicious food. $10 taxi ride to Rafina Port so very affordable and convenient when catching a ferry boat. Approximately, $30 for taxi to airport. Would definitely recommend the Mati Hotel. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to going back one day.

Loved it. Beautiful view, pool and ocean, quiet, bar and restaurant on the property. Breakfast was wonderful. Great price. Held our suitcases because our flight was later in the day and we could enjoy more at the property. The only thing is the bed which was hard and uncomfortable.

Property did not seemed well maintained. The air conditioner rAttled & was very noisy. The room was clean but there were no towels when I arrived, but quickly remedied by reception. Bed was not at all comfortable. I had an early morning flight & they had the taxi there on time & quite reasonable.

Beautiful area in Greece! Super breezy and the ocean just steps away. The pool is beautiful! There is a pretty intense life guard at the pool. Rinse before getting in the pool! I recommend food at the pool-excellent! Also the restaurant across the street is perfect!
