Maybe it wasn't in our hotel. It was renovated 3 years ago. I believe his review is not true. Fortunately, not everyone thinks so. And if he had all this reason he could not even put on an anonymous review.

Perfect location, great hosts!
If you are looking for location, look no further. Absolute perfect locations. Not an exaggeration. Great hosts. Had a small problem with the room the first night. They instantly put me in another room (a better room since it had its own bathroom), fixed the problem by the next day, but allowed me to stay in that room the next night as well. Responded quickly to all questions or comments I had. The free breakfast is a pastry and coffee at the shop next door which both pastry and coffee are pretty incredible (FYI I’m not a coffee drinker). If you can deal with sharing a bathroom, this place is for you (I never had to fight for the bathroom at all, and never saw anyone else actually. Only 2 other rooms and I assume they don’t have bathrooms in them).

Hi micheal. Thank you for your wonderful review. The external bathroom is not shared but is dedicated only to that room (private bathroom but outside the room) all the other rooms have a bathroom inside. Whenever you want you will always be welcome. I wish you a wonderful day....😊😊😊

Great location to be near all the nightlife in Trastevere area. There are several bars & restaurant right by it. The Room & bathroom were small, but it was fine, and was decorated well. We arrived late but they were great about coordinating with us to pick up the keys at a really close bar. We left early the following morning and they helped to arrange a ride to the airport as well. I think the price is good for this property.

My guests didn’t like hotel checked out of Core De Roma in 2 hours. That place is ideal for boys..kind of hostel rooms located in very old scary building with 5 keys to enter the room. No ways meant for family or couple on honeymoon. Keys was to be collected from a bar 100m from hotel.

But what did you write? ... I talked to your guests and they only looked for a more affluent place. Maybe a Boutique Hotel. The palace dates from 1860 and is protected by the fine arts of Rome. But why write reviews without ever having set foot in this place. Bad!

Bien situado al lado del Tiber y a pocos minutos andando del centro turístico. La habitación muy ruidosa por tener un bar justo debajo que abría hasta las 2-3 de la mañana. El mobiliario básico, cama bastante dura y las almohadas tan finas que parecía que las habían vaciado de todo relleno. En nuestro baño despues de ducharnos se salía el agua por una fisura entre la pared y el suelo. Esperabamos un hotel y se trata de una casa que a base de poner tabiques han conseguido pequeñas habitaciones, por lo que también oyes lo que ocurre en todas las habitaciones.

Apesar do banheiro ficar fora do quarto, ele é grande o que facilita para se arrumar após o banho, o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais farto, mas é muito gostoso, contudo a localização é maravilhosa.

Ótima localização, bom custo/benefício.
O lugar é ótimo. Apenas um andar de um prédio histórico muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso no Trastevere. Um ponto negativo é que o ar condicionado interno não atendeu ao calor de Roma no verão. O café da manhã é ótimo, em um café localizado ao lado do prédio.

HORRIBLE AT MANY LEVELS
First: the property manager was awesome, Responsive & helpful. The bldg, location & room is what was horrible. The location is central to everything but there’s a nightclub right below the room! There was a full on club scene ALL NIGHT LONG. Between the loud water pipes/toilet & breaking bottles and loud voices we did not sleep at all. The exterior of the bldg looks like it’s condemned but the interior is ok. Hallways are narrow & rooms super small- difficult to maneuver. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!

Great staff and amazing location!
We were greeted by Alessia wonderfully and the owner when we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave full explanations on what was near us and how to get there. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay here, especially the location. We will definitely stay here again on our next travels to Rome.

Great Location and Hotel
Excellent hotel in an awesome neighborhood in walking distance to cool bars and all the sites. At first, it was very hard to find as there is no sign, it's behind a gate between a bar and some military guards. However, I eventually found the button to get buzzed in, and although it was late at night, the front desk person was very helpful in checking me in. The room was large, it was very clean and modern, bed was comfortable, and you even get a voucher to a cool breakfast place right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and neighborhood when visiting Rome.

Veldig sentralt beliggenhet som er et stort pluss. Lite rom, men en skal jo ikke bruke mye tid på rommet under en storbyferie uansett. Minuset var aircond som bråkte veldig og som vi måtte skru av på natta, noe som gjorde at det ble veldig varmt. Pluss for stort kjøleskap.

Lille værelse med det nødvendige
Her er de ting man skal bruge og til prisen er det super. Beliggenhed i Trastevere er kanon. Værelset havde en lidt underlig lugt og der er lidt larm fra gaden, men det er hvad man kan forvente. Det kan være lidt svært at finde da det kort vi brugte og Google maps tror at det er bygningen ved siden. Det er ekstra problematisk at der ikke står at jerngitteret er lukket det meste af tiden. Så man ser det ikke lige med det samme. Men så kan man ringe til Claudio.

Bem ,o local do Core Suítes é muito bom para quem quer ficar no meio da muvuca em Trastevere.Eu adorei a localização .O problema que como não é um hotel ,tivemos complicação no check in.No site vem escrito a partir da 13:00,aí você imagina que terá alguém depois desta hora em diante.O dono entrou em contato somente no dia,perguntando meu horário de chegada ,como estava sem Wi-Fi nem vi,tivemos que esperar 40 minutos para entrar no local.Eles têm que correr atrás do hóspede bem antes da data de entrada e não você ,que está com tel de outro país e a ligação e contato ficam difíceis.O quarto também muito pequeno, o chuveiro muda de temperatura a cada hora e pela manhã acordava não com o barulho de fora ,pois tem janela acústica ,mas tinha um barulho cedo dentro do prédio.Vale pela localização ,um quarto médio ,se você não liga para conforto ok.Achei caro para o que é ,não voltaria.

It's a decent little guest house...
Its a clean simple guest house in a very lively neighborhood. If you don't care about noise and a party atmosphere, this is your place. Price was good. Room was clean and comfortable

Clean and nice place to stay in
Stayed for more than ten days. Housekeeping was done everyday without fail. The room we stayed were abit noisy at night as there's a bar just below our window. And it's crowded every night! The neighbourhood is full of food choices at night too. The person in charge, Claudio, is very friendly and warm. Good place to stay in!

Vi havde 5 overnatninger på dette hotel. Hotellet har en helt fantastisk placering, det kunne ikke ligge meget bedre. Masser af små hyggelige gader fyldt med restauranter og barer. Vi brugte ingen offentligt trafik, da man let kunne gå til alle Roms store seværdigheder fra hotellet

Perfect location
This hotel is a great price for the awesome location. I wouldn't really call it a bed and breakfast since the breakfast is just croissants and biscuits and a coffee maker in the room. Also, there's a loud bar right downstairs, so it's a bit noisy if you like to sleep with the window open. Make sure to email or call with your arrival time since they're not staffed 24 hours a day. All of that being said, I loved it!

Hotel chief Claudio was very helpful and flexible and arranged us transport from the airport and to the airport. In our room there was only an external bathroow which was located about 10 metres from the room. However, this bathroom was only for us and it was clean abd nice.

Claudio was helpful, contacted us before our say and gave us advice when we arrived. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was packaged pastries, juice, yogurt etc. The location is convenient, especially for the vatican and collusion which are both about 15 minutes walk away. The road outside can be a little noisy at times but it was quiet to not be an issue.

Dejlig B&B lige ved Ponte Sisto broen. Man bor midt i Rom og kan gå til det hele og har hyggelige spisesteder lige om hjørnet.

A fantastic B&B: highly recommended
"Core de Roma" is a fantastic B&B. Clean, very reasonably priced and in a truly fantastic location. Claudio and all the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and I was lucky to get a private bathroom. The first night it was really hot and it was a bit noisy, with all the air conditioners on. Otherwise, I have no complaint. The structure is in an old building, right next to Piazza Trilussa and the hip bar "Freni e frizioni". The area is always crowded and I felt very safe all the time. I was overall impressed and I i will definitely go back to "Core de Roma" next time I'm in Rome.

Es un 2ºpiso muy bien puesto con habitaciones donde tienes tu llave entras y sales cuando quieres,no esperes una recepción 24h, aunque nos costo encontrar el portal la atención al entrar fue muy agradable y la estancia durante los 5 días también ( es como andar por casa); la habitación esta muy bien, colchón confortable y servicio de limpieza perfecto. El desayuno plasticoso (maquina de café, zumo y bollos prefabricados) pero como tentempié para levantarse vale. La ducha pequeñita y el agua caliente bien, salvo por las noches que tardaba un poco en calentarse. La situación al lado del puente Sisto y a la entrada del Trastevere es inmejorable, un ambiente de noche divertido y muy agradable para pasear de día y de noche, los fines de semana es zona de copas por lo que en el hotel hay mas trajín nocturno, si tienes el sueño ligero puede molestarte. EL precio es de lo más económico que encontramos aunque con las tasas nocturnas sube un poco el precio inicial, hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La valoración general, teniendo todo en cuenta es muy buena. Repetiría en otra ocasión ya que la zona me encantó y el B&B está bien.

Rigtig fint sted. Fantastisk service, ok forhold og en lokalitet som ikke ses meget bedre i Rom til rimelige penge. Vi vil afgjort vende tilbage. Skulle vi dog gøre en ting om, så ville vi tage imod tilbuddet om afhentning i lufthavnen til 50 EUR. Det er lidt svært at finde på egen hånd uden skiltning mv., da det er placeret i en fredet bygning.

Dejligt b&b i hjertet af Trastevere. Vi kunne gå rundt til alle severdigheder. Lækre restauranter lige om hjørnet. Morgenmaden var typisk italiensk, og ikke særlig spændende. Det er vel en del af charmen. Køleskab og aircondition på værelset var meget dejligt. Værten var super servicemindet og sød til at hjælpe med fifs til området. Vil helt sikkert booke det igen.

Super Lage und sehr sauber!
Das B & B kann mit einem 3 Sterne Hotel verglichen werden. Das Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer eingenommen und besteht aus einem Kaffee, Croissants, Marmelade und Zwieback. Das Bad ist neu und sauber und die Klimaanlage ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Ponte Sisto und im Viertel Trastevere. Es war allerdings etwas kompliziert, das B & B zu finden, da die Hausnummer nicht wirklich lesbar war. Für einen Aufenthalt am Wochenende sollte man Ohropax dabei haben, da es am Abend bzw. in der Nacht sehr laut sein kann ;)
