The staff was friendly and helpful. Very polite. Decor is old, but having a kitchen, bedroom and living area was nice for an in-between house and apartment.

Made reservations almost 2 months in advance. Drove 280 miles 1way. Arrived and were told they could not provide our room. Manager claimed they had no way to contact us to let us know. BS!!! Room was booked through Expedia. Lied about a room at another motel. Called that motel and the room they had was not enough beds and $90 higher than told. Absolutely the worst experience I e ever had with a motel. Threaten to have us escorted out when we wouldn’t leave right away after being told there was nothing they could or would do for us.

The Microwave in my room was old and didn't work well. Saw a bug, Cockroach, bedbug?, running around in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and well maintained the shower/bathtub, was nice and slip resistant, one piece epoxy I think

Checking in the clerk didn't know what she was doing . I handed her my ID. she pulled up on the Electronic panel my info, l paid with my bank card , she watched me the whole. She asked me to sign ..l did then it happened, she asked me again for my ID and said she couldn't find my conformation number , i showed she then l asked her for a receipt and what room number " a male customer comes up to the window. ..then all of a sudden she claimed l didn't pay ..oh no l said l opened my bank app, she claimed nothing was showing on her end " then l said you saw me pay and sign ..then she said to me in front of my granddaughter and another customer F'you then she said l had brain surgery ' l told her that not my issue and l dont know you ..She called a manager talking like i wasn't there luck there was glass between us. Due to getting curse out l calmed myself because they got my money and she was trying to charge me again she lied , just straight out tripping..l called Hotel.com put my call on speaker l explained to the representative what happened to me..the representative wanted to talk to Allison that was her name . She refused to speak then she said i will give you your room. So i told the rep that she was giving my door cards ..l cant believe that happened to me and my granddaughter having to witness her grandmother being talked to and treated like that l will never go back there again..bad enough the trip more then 3 hours add an extra hour due to traffic delays on I35 ..

If you like roaches this is the place for you!
There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Just disgusting! The room requested was no smoking and you could smell the smoke right when you open the door. The room was nasty and had to personally clean and spray the room. A towel fell to the floor and about 7 roaches scattered from it. Just disgusting! Ended up having to get another place.

This property was so uncomfortable that I had to checkout after one night, I booked for six. I’ve yet to be refunded for the five nights I didn’t stay. The front desk operator was not helpful during check in and refused to print me a receipt upon checking out. I will NEVER stay in an Extended Stay America again.

There was no room for me. I was told hotels. Com had overbooked. At that time we could not reach a real person at hotels.com. So with just two hours before graduation, scrambling to find a room. I did manage to find one. For this reason, I cannot recommend Hotels.com to anyone.

Stay Away
This place was nasty and trashy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The police were called 3 times in one night. A dog was barking all night long. There was someone else’s toothpaste in the sink, blood in the shower, and some kind of weird substance in between the mattress and box spring. I called the lobby one night to tell them about something that needed to be fixed and there was nothing that they could do. I would of been better off staying in my truck. This place should be burned down to the ground. If you are looking for a place to stay go somewhere else.

arrived on 1/12/22 and was told there was no reservation. then found reservation but no room available left me stranded. asked when a room would be available the desk said tomorrow. i return early to check i gave them my name and phone number to call. no call came so i went there again was told no room available nor ready. after 10 minutes of key punching a room is available. i had a place to sleep. filled paperwork out paid for the now 3 day stay was given keys to a room that was under construction. oh no. got dante to look at the room took me back to the desk punched numbers again and found a room. got into the room. anytime i asked the desk for anything the answer was always NO. help to get to the airport, clean the room, towels. probably my worst stay in any hotel i have stayed at i am mad at hotel.com for the dropped or not dropped reservation and the management their failure to satisfy a customer

The property is not that well lit. There were a couple of men sitting on the curb near the entrance that look unsavory. They were there most of the night smoking. The hallway to the room smelled and the room itself had an odor. Just didn't feel safe here.

It’s ok. Could be worse
It was a pretty good experience overall. I just needed a room for one night for my birthday. I invited some friends by into the room with the kitchenette. All the kitchen equipment and kitchen itself was clean. Trash was full when we got there but wasn’t a big deal cause there were two trash cans. There were large visible red juice stains so I had to merge furniture for pictures. The sink has toothpaste scum and throw up residue and I’m not to talk about all the creepy ppl walking around past your room or popping up unexpectedly. If you’re here to stay for more than one night then good luck. I couldn’t picture myself staying longer but if you just need a quick and affordable room to have a get together then you should be fine

We have stayed here before but this will be the last time. the room is big but the tp holder was missing. The bathroom ceiling had a black substance on it which I'm guessing was black mold. Then there was the people that pulled the fire alarm at night. After the fire dept left about 15 minutes later it was pulled again. Then around 2 am an obnoxious loud person was wondering the hallway till someone else told him to shut up. Then every night from then on there was a dog who wasn't crate trained who would howl, scratch and bang on the crate. the front desk was told and said they would handle it. The next night it was a repeat. I called the front desk everytime the dog started. They called the room once but I'm guessing the owner was at work. the next night the front desk didn't even answer the phone. we gave up after that. The final problem was the fact the beds had fleas. My daughter got good at catching them and putting them in a bottle. I told the front desk and she said she would pass that on. after 10 days we were exhausted and went home early. don't waste your money

DONT DO IT
I don’t know if it’s just extended-stay has a bad name in Oklahoma but this is the second extended-stay that I’ve stayed at and there is an overwhelming odor all over the entire place the tub was ridiculous I couldn’t even take a shower the smell was horrifying all over the place and meth heads were walking around everywhere. Oh and it had fLEAS!!! I’m in bed and they was jumping on the covers just SICK!! At this point I’m never staying at extended stay again

There were no rooms available. We did not stay there. They still charged us for the room. No refund has been made even after raising a service request with the call center.
