Room was nothing like the Room picture advertised. There was no chair, no place to put the suitcase on, the cover of the a/c fell off and revealed a filzy inside, roaches were piled up behind the beds, there was only one lamp with a broken switch so we had to unscrew the light bulb power outlets where hard to find, my husband uses a CPAP, so we had to unplug the lamp to plug the machine in. ... I could go on and on but I think you got the picture. This hotel is a nightmare,

The worst motel ever
This place should be shut down. The room was open , the numbers on the door were photocopied. The real shock was the drill left outside the door and anyone on the street could have access inside the hotel.

The room was dirty overall. Sheets were stained. The AC unit constantly dripping, and I woke up to water everywhere from it.

The flooring and furnishings were good however; the cleanliness was horrible, the drawers were filthy with insects and dirt, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the sheets were dirty I checked in around 9pm after working a 24hrs shift and have to ask someone to buy a set of sheets so I could get to sleep. In the morning i asked a housekeeper to clean the room especially the bathroom and when I returned she only took out the trash. I took videos and pictures and showed it to the young man at the front desk he apologized and I told him to fix the problem for the next guest. I didn’t get to shower for the 2 night. I would recommend checking the room before paying. That was my mistake because I was too tired to go somewhere else all I needed was a clean bed and shower.

The hot water was plentiful. And needed. Was the dirtiest, most poorly equipped hotel I have visited. Fortunately my time there was brief. 1 towel, 1 station on TV, fungus stained shower curtain, dead bugs in light fixture, soap scum in shower, and no hand towel or washcloth. At >$200/night, it is a ripoff. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I got bad vibes the moment I saw this motel . Want to find out where to make a formal complaint after spending 20 minutes with the complaint department for Travelocity/Expedia . Did not stay here overnight after was checked in an saw the condition of the room . Went back over to the front desk and got a refund for the 2nd night after speaking to Victoria on Travelocity and she sent them an email after talking to them over the phone. I then went down the same street and got other accomodations for both nights. I then went back and told front desk that we aren't staying at all in this dump and listed again all the reasons over the phone to another person at Travelocity while he was listening to the conversation. He wouldn't get back on the phone with them . The first girl Victoria that I had spoken to said that they should just use the same email to refund the 1st night also . The man at the front desk tried to say he never got the Email when he refunded the 2nd night .Then he refused to give me my cash back for the 1st night stay after I told him what Victoria had stated already . Paid $227 in Cash . Only received $125 back for the 2nd night cancellation. He / Manager ? ( Wouldn't give me his name )refused to give me the 1st night cancellation back of $102 . Should have called the police at that point. I left then because the man seemed to be getting aggressive and towards me. He only spoke in another language to the other female employee behind the desk. File a BBB

The room floor was not clean. No plugs by the sink. No plugs for charging phones , computer. Shower was not clean. no kleenex.. Shower head leaked and sprayed the ceiling and the toilet.. Tiolet paper holder was broken. No closet or hooks. Only one towel

Great and accommodating front desk and staff but the rooms were dirty with bugs, dead flies and rust all over the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but it wasn’t worth $150/nt.

Everything was broken. it looks nothing like what the pictures made it seem to be. It was very unclean we had to clean just to feel comfortable to touch anything if I didn't pay for it in advance and could've found something else in such short notice we'd definitely would've went somewhere else. The Wi-Fi did not work it was supposed to be included. They had a lot of unsavory characters staying there and that's me putting it nicely a guest Actually, made my wife and her friend feel very uncomfortable where i had to have words with him. When room service finally came around to ask if we needed anything, we said, yeah, we could use towels they said they didn't have any washed yet and just gave us a roll of towel paper that's it do not Recommend anyone staying there be the worse mistake of your life.

No wastebasket, outlet disattached from wall, no copies of any documents at check-in, no instructions on door as to rates, check-out, or fire safety instructions (NJSA 55:13A-7.7). Hole in wall from doorknob. Sink hot and cold supply lines reversed. Would not go back.

The property was dirty and unkempt with trash strewn about -not landscaped. The room had dirty stained sheets only 2 threadbare towels for 2 people .One towel was stained. No face cloths or toiletries except soap. No closet or hangers. Door did not lock properly to room . No trash container. Hair dryer shorted out could cause a fire. No phone in room .No employees available. Probably infested although no insects were seen. Left as soon as we could. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

1 towel in the room. Dirty disgusting floors, walls, bed headboard, sheets, pillows, windows, fan unit, and sink. Everything was so dirty that we just slept on top of the beds with our coats on and used our arms as pillows. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over, and the sink to wash your hands after you go was across the room instead of in the bathroom. The room also smelled like fresh paint the whole time and was difficult to get past. Plus side is it was one of the few hotels in the area that did not require a 3 day minimum stay after memorial day weekend. But do not let this excuse the fact that it was absolutely disgusting in that hotel.

Property should be condemned. Door to room broken down many times, metal/wood splintered and flimsy. Room filthy. Could see footprints on floor. Bathroom tub has black mold. Bathroom window broken and would not close. Had to jam a shirt in the opening to keep the 30 degree air from coming in the room. Heater filthy and filled with dirt/dust. Active leak in ceiling, spackel or paint flaking off onto floor. Only one light in room with no shade. Bed was uneven and I thought I would slide off. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. Positives: friendly staff, Sheets smelled clean, no bedbugs that I could see, hot shower.

0 stars. Place is in disrepair. Cigarette smoke coming into our room under the interior doorway designed to join our room with the one next to us. 1 towel and one washcloth. 20” piece of granite broken off of the sink trim. Pieces lying on the floor. I would have slept in my car if I didn’t have my 10-year-old son with me. Expedia should delist this property immediately.

Well wrong room to start. Dirty room with a half smoked marijuana joint lying on the bathroom floor. Shower did not drain. No towels in the room. Bed mattresses were so oldDrug deals outside and people doing drugs in the parking lot that weren’t staying at hotel. Absolutely Horrible

If you are looking to catch a STD, this is the place for you. Literally it was the worst place I have ever been in. It was so dirty like it hasn't been cleaned ever. The pool was closed. People looked like they were living there not on vacation. I felt so unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone

It was a terrible experience the pool had no water in it the bathroom had no towels no garbage can in the room a broken remote control and dirty sheets and he wouldn't give me my money back he said I'd been here almost an hour I said yes you told me to wait and you would send someone to fix the TV the place is horrible

The room was disgusting. There were dead bugs on the floor. Floor was dirty. Tables and counters were dusty. They gave us the wrong key to our room because none of the keys had numbers on them. There was no double Lock or chain lock on the door. I’m surprised that Expedia has this hotel on their listing.

In the pictures it looks really clean and nice. In person not so much. I never do reviews. But I need to say this place needs a make over. Our door looked like its been kicked in. The room smelled extremely funky. The sheets had stains on them. There was a big bug on the bed also bugs in the sink. The tub is gross the carpets under the beds are disgusting. Big spider web in the corner of the room with a huge spider in it. Dust everywhere. Bottle caps on the floor from people there before us. Refrigerator smells so bad and was skeevy. I couldn’t sleep at all because i was grossed out room needs a good sweep too. Even the chair looked dirty and i didnt even want to sit in it. I felt itchy all night because i was uncomfortable sleeping there. I should have just left but i just dealt with it because i was far from home. Oh and they told us check out was 11:00 a.m and at 10:12 a.m they came banging on the door like the police yelling and kicking us out.

Worst place I’ve stayed in my entire life. Had to buy new bedding just to use the mattress. Had to stay in 4 different rooms because of health issues in each. Blood, urine, hair, doors that wouldn't shut. Staff was equally as bad. Do not stay here ever.

I would not let a dog sleep in this place. Everything was filthy beds, bathroom, hallways. Pool was empty and a lot of creepy people around.

When we arrived to check in no one was there, you had to call a number, which I did and no one answered. Finally a young guy showed up. The place had an uneasy feeling about it. The rooms were way in the back, there was access to anyone to enter. It all felt so creepy.We had trouble getting into the room, finally when we did get into it, my husband had trouble closing the door. There were cockroaches in the restroom. We immediately left. We didn’t even stay the night. Our family’s safety was our upmost priority and we didn’t feel safe.
