Our Concierge is always at disposal to give advice about nice and good restaurants in the city, he can organize tours, transportation, tickets, soccer etc.We can't wait for your return to have another impeccable stay and to enjoy again all our services: barbecue in the Terrace, Solarium, kids’ playground, play station, ping pong table, high speed wi-fi, free access Gym room, free bikes, prosecco for honeymooners, porterage service, concierge service, transfers service and a lot more. Thanks to client's feedback we improved a lot and through the years we have added many things available for everyone as the Playground room for kids, the ping pong table, the Barbecue in the Terrace, PlayStation for teenagers etc. We have added a lot of things also in the breakfast buffet trying hard to meet all the clients.Keep visiting our official website to get inspired from the most exciting experiences for you to be back the sooner you can!

Dear Sir. Thank you very much for your kind note. Unfortunately I have to contradict you, at the time of check out all customers must go to the reception to pay their extras and tourist taxes, the system we use to issue the tax receipt compulsorily requires us to insert the payment method this is why we write the credit card details whitout saving it, details that you had already given us when you made the booking. I was kindly trying to explain this but you didn't even let me speak, saying in high tones that you didn't want the tax receipt, we are obliged by law to issue it. I couldn't say a word that you turned around and walked away, after a few minutes you came back threatening me with retaliation for having registered the payment method, you turned around aqaing and walked away without let me answer. I agree with you, that was a bad expiriance. Hope to welcome you again, we remain at your disposal.

Dear Madame, Thak you for your kind revieuw. To be honest we you are little surprised since you have stayed in a Suite room (304) our highiest category large 37sqm the original booking was for a Deluxe. Also we put amanities in the rooms between 2:00pm and 4:00pm starting from the first floor this is why at 2:45pm when you checked in the wine wasn't there yet, we have deliverd it afert 3 minitus you asked for toghether with the fruit. We couldn't find any note from you about not entering in the room and the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign was not on but maybe there was a misunderstanding we are very sorry for that. I sent our maintainer to check all the electrical outlets and all seems to be okay, maybe you could not use your electrical items because of the different power voltage.
