This is the best “best western” I’ve stayed in. Great welcome and friendly staff throughout the stay! Lovely room and bathroom, clean and quiet. Such a nice atmosphere in this hotel, felt safe and relaxed on a business trip. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel 10/10
Lovely hotel with a very large family room which was ideal for the 4 of us. big bathroom with bath and double shower. lots of parking available, Breakfast was excellent, staff were all lovely

Lovely Hotel
The room more than met our expectations. The staff were friendly, great choice for breakfast and thought how the hot food was served was great. They had a food & drink taster day on and wish we could have stayed for that but had a prior appointment to get to.

Great staff, friendly and helpfull, nice rooms comfy, food is good. One down point when busy, there is only 3 disabled spaces so you may havt to park a little walk

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here in the Balnea spa suite. It was an amazing room with personal sauna and spa beds. The meal in the restaurant was the best we’d had in years. The place is beautiful abs we will definitely be back!

Clean but not value for money or leisure facility
Overall the property was clean but not value for money based on a one night stay and what it was. There was no on site gym or leisure facilities and for a hotel at this price you would assume these facilities would be available.

Great hotel.
Great place. Everything was first class. Very well maintained. The restaurant is spacious and tastefully decorated. We couldn’t fault the hotel. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in on our 6 weeks trip. Would definitely stay there again.
