체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들이 항상 친절했습니다. 여행시 겪는 곤람함에 대하여 도움을 요청하였을때 신속하게 대응해 주어서 무척 감사했습니다. 프론트, 하우스 키핑, 조식당에 계신 직원분들 모두 친절하여 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

장소는 시내중심가와 가까워 최상이었으나 주차가 불편한데다 주차요금을 별도로 받고 와이파이도 별도 요금이 있는 등 서비스가 아쉬웠습니다. 객실도 별로 깨끗하다는 느낌은 받지 못했습니다. 다음에 간다면 별로 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔이네요..

It was a terrible room we were given. Noisy from inside and out. House keeping not done properly. Bed uncomfortable. Light in bathroom made awful noise each time we turned it off. No clean towel had to go down to get some.

Staff were incredibly helpful with advice for restaurants. The apartments are in a great spot, easy to get when driving. Everything is walkable, food, entertainment, the harbour are for ferries etc is only a 15-minute walk and 10 mins to Sky Tower. Room is a little outdated but had a great air conditioner. Everything at your fingertips including washing machine and dryer in the bathroom with complimentary washing liquid. Highly recommend.

Well, how to start… we booked a „Suite Executive“ which was supposed to have enough space for the two of us (30sqm), including a dining table to have food in the room. However, our room had no dining table and was only a bit over 20sqm - a dining table wouldn‘t even fit - and there was no space to properly sit down and eat. When asking the reception if we accidentally got a wrong room, she confirmed that this was the room we booked. When pointing out that the description on Expedia differs and we specifically booked this room for the space to have a decent size room and a dining option, she said Expedia must be wrong - no excuse offered. Upon complaining with Expedia they confirmed with the hotel that we got the correct room „Suite Executive“, but in no way reacted to the obvious false advertisement. „The booking is non-refundable and you got the room you booked“ Really Expedia? I am highly disappointed with the Hotel for the false advertisement, as well as with Expedia about their reaction when I complained…

I must first mention that the staff was very nice and check in was a breeze. However, the quality of the apartment was not as advertised in the listing. The bathrooms need maintenance, or at least new fixtures. The windows are not sealed and street noise is quite noticeable. The beds and pillows are super firm. Overall it felt very dated and lackluster. It was not worth the cost.

The room was clean and the customer service was good. The room was as we expected it to be nothing too fancy but it had all that we needed. I would’ve liked if there were coffee cups adjacent to the coffee machine in the foyer.

Nice place with some buts!!
Hotel room was a good size with all the amenities that are necessary,such as cutlery, crockery, electric jug, cook top, microwave etc. Also washer and dryer in bathroom. However room itself needs some love. It was clean but in the bathroom the shower door didn't shut properly The mirror on the back of the bathroom door had a piece broken off the bottom. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. The seals around the wardrobe door starting to come off. Service at check in was great, and the air conditioner was nice to have. Overall a good stay, handy to everything, use the Citibus link to get up and down Queen St if don;t want to walk.

Would recommend
Great location, easy walking water front and some resturants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with check in and questions. Chrcked in was early, around 9am.

Venlig og imødekommende reception. Lampe i emhætten virkede ikke, så blev flyttet til anden lejlighed med udsigt til parken og ikke mindst fyrværkeriet fra Sky Tower. Personalet var i enhver henseende hjælpsomme. Kan på det varmeste anbefales.

The room felt old and had a musty smell. The hot water was barely warm. The staff are amazing and the daily cleaning was great, however, the rooms need a renovation to freshen them up.

Very good location and helpful friendly staff. Great car parking, relatively cheap, secure on site Good washing machine and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent. Nice fresh clean rooms and really good hot shower with great water pressure

In the past, I stayed in this hotel for three times. Compared to the past experience, it’s very bad this time because there’s a guest nearby my room who often made noise even at late night. Maybe the guest was in the upper floor, not sure. It seems that she or he had behavioural problem. She or he tried putting something and knocking the ground. Very loud! During my stay, he used to do like this. When I told to the receptionist, it seems that she didn’t care and didn’t have any positive feedback. I can’t believe that Quest has such a poor environment as well as very low quality of service. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel again. I think hotel.com should make sure the quality of service and post the list in the website.

Awesome location and a roomy apartment.
A great location as it is just a few steps away from Auckland CBD. Also the apartment we were in were very roomy and appreciated the washer & dryer in the bathroom. The minor knock is that it looked like our unit wasn't occupied for a while as there were a few dusty spots. To their credit, they do offer daily maid service, so the dusty spots were gone the next day. There were also a few obvious wear and tear including one of the closet doors coming off the rail.

I like the hotel as it was not my first stay. It is clean and safe,== bUT the reception desk did not tell us about the closing when it was a feast happening . and not very helpful by one of the employees referring to one shopping bag in which my >iPad was in. left in the lobby; she was careless. when I asked her to put in the storage.

The room was very clean and we were very comfortable. They told us to organize parking on arrival, rang them few minutes before check-in, got told it was full, but then got 2 parking spaces on arrival for $30 each. All good.

everythingwas their that we needed. staff could not have been more helpful. noise even on th 14th floor was an issue not hotls fault that roadworks wee being done outside overnight that week but glazing needs to be thicker.
