The rooms and facilities are way better than the pictures. I booked a 2 room and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant I would rate as very good, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the beach club, it’s nice to not pay extra for a chair. I booked through Expedia and my airline choices only listed Puerto Plata as the entry point. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive, apparently it’s 2 hours from the Santo Domingo airport so next time I will do that. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Convenient. Love that beach is across hotel and there is a bar on the beach ! Pool area has a bar as well. Drinks are good!

We are from US and were on vacation in Dominican Republic. We booked the property for one night stay. After driving for four we reached the property and we did not like the location and property up keep. If you are used to staying in nicer properties, please stay away. Location is in the city of Las terrenas and not some pleasant place. You will see the local traffic on the road across, then the beach is also filled with locals and does not feel private. The property will not feel like an upscale place. We booked another hotel right away and overpaid to relocate. We asked the hotel to refund our money but the management is very adamant and did not accommodate our request. Overall a bad experience

Beautiful tropical oasis & 1st class VIP service from the entire hotel staff throughout our stay was amazing! Our room was a home away from home..clean & fully equipped! To start each day..Chef Jose Luis made the most delicious egg omelettes! The private NYE beach party was amazing & memorable! Thank you

Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet! We were able to walk to places in the town with no problem. There's a beach right in front of the hotel with hotel bar which makes great drinks!

I have problems in the check in. My room is in the 4 floor and don’t said anything about no elevator in premises, I have surgery in my foot and is a lot the stairs. Supposed after 3 floor any building have elevator.

We really enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the property in general. Beach is across the street—almost feela like part of the property! I had two massages done. But the staff is really friendly and always ready to serve their clients. Highly recommended.

Ya se notan un poco los años de la instalacion. Me parece que se requieren unos ajustes en el interior de los apartamentos/habitaciones. Pero en general es un concepto simpatico!

Alisei Hotel & Staff are always amazing with customer services! This month, Oct 2023 they had an amazing live band on the beach with bar and tables in front of the hotel. The food is good and the pool with the swim up bar is always relaxing fun. I recommend this hotel for the price, location and staff!

Mostly chill area away from the center
Good location with easy beach access. Short drive into the central area, but walkable in 20 minutes. Most use motor bikes or ATVs. The overall vibe of Las Terranas is going towards loud motor bikes and busy/congested streets. The property had a mellow vibe and easy going staff. The pool was nice and the pool furniture is great.

My family loved everything, in particular the staff at the pool bar. Madison is an incredible asset for you guys, makes all guests feel special and he is very kind.
