Your review is noted and I write to address your concerns and comments in which in my opinion is unfair. Early in the morning as you were getting into the Taxi, the staff overheard you telling the Taxi driver that there was no water. The staff went over and inquired from your party about not having any water as you then immediately drove away. After investigating it was revealed that the unusual problem was caused by an upsurge in the power supply that shortened out the connections of the pump. The problem was fixed by our staff within twenty minutes of your departure. Consequently because of the upsurge in the power supply, about two hours later, there was an unusual Island-wide blackout. Concerning that our meals are subpar and overpriced that is hardly the opinion cast by others as you yourself had commented to our waitress that our portions were too high. We here at Icis continue to improve and repair our product that is regarded as one of the best options offered at a good price. Furthermore, with your criticisms, you saw it fit to give us a rating of 3 out of 5.

$60.00 is a bit of a stretch and we do offer a free continental breakfast with paid options of an American breakfast and we do serve dinner. Also the beach bar does serve lunch.

What is your reason for posting this score?

We are just a ten minute drive from Road Town and twenty minutes tops from the airport and five to ten minutes from other beaches and destinations, as the island is very small which makes it easier and quicker to get around than in other big countries. But yes we are in a exclusive location that puts us a two minutes walk from Brewers bay beach with the comfort of been private as tranquility and service in a pristine and unspoiled environment is what we sell.

I'm sorry that you did not voice your concerns while you stayed here as we are always open to constructive and fair ideas. As we continue to get very good reviews about our staff been helpful and cordial.
