Booked a non-smoking room, and the room smells cigarette, plus we saw cigarette left over in the bathroom behind the curtain. The recepiton lady (moroccan) lady she was very rude in her way of talking with us, she wasnt welcoming us at all!, we reported that the room was very dirty, then they switched us to couple of other similar rooms, but they were all unclean and smell cigarette, untill they gave us a suite which was also unclean, and that was their last offer, since we cant get our money back (the receptionist said) to go to another hotel. Not recommended at all.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO FOR A REAL 5 STAR HOTEL
This hotel shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel. The service is extremely poor. First they charge you 1 BD for delievring a bucket of ice to your room!!!! I’ve never heard of this and for sure it’s not a thing 5 star hotels do. Plus, I called for my room to be cleaned by 9am and returned by noon to find out that it wasn’t even touched. On the same day, the elevateor stopped working and I had to take the stairs from the 21st floor at 2pm. The parking needs cleaning and it feels, trash here and there and looks dirty. The rooms needs to be checked for mold cuz my allergies started acting up every time I turn the AC on. Hot water was weak and not even that hot. WiFi was terrible. This is my worst stay in Bahrain ever. Save your money and go to a better hotel.

The hotel lobby was not well designed and poor lighting. Water Pressure in bathroom was bad and there was no Shataf in the toilet. Reservation was for 2 persons, however towels and slippers were for 1 person. The entertainment lounge at night and the singer was good.

Reasonable but with a few flaws
Overall a decent hotel, but not sure if I'd go back here. The guy who checked me in wasn't particularly welcoming and then kept trying to charge me for the room even though I'd paid in advance on Hotels.com. Eventually someone came and sorted it out, but with a late arrival it wasn't ideal. Nightclub very smoky and they tried to charge us 50 BHD to get in; eventually managed to get in free. Pool area nice with sun all day and a good pool, but there's a ridiculous policy that it doesn't open till 10am, which isn't ideal if you want a swim before work. You have to order room service to get food at the pool, but Mahin (I think that was his name) was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Rooms themselves are big and spacious, in excellent condition. We had very low water pressure but apparently there was some building work down the road that had gone through the mains. Personally I think I'll be back to the Swiss Belhotel that's next door next time I visit Bahrain.

Construction around hotel, hard to get to. Our first room, the shower was broken and no hot water! Phone was broken. Moved to second room and no hair dryer. Electrical problems through out the hotel. Will never stay there again.

Good as usual, Ramee is always a good stay if u r alone or with a friend. Not a family friendly hotel as the bar is accessable from the same elivators used to access the rooms.
