When I first arrived in this hotel to check-in, the staff did her mobil phone even we were standing right in front of her. It seems like she ignored us and just did her stuff.
First time to see that, I thought more education must be given to her.
After that, she required us the passport, and my friend gave it to her, but I booked by my name so she needed mine. We didn't know that and again I gave mine to her. At that time, she threw her passport.
We can't imagine this kind of service in Korea, even the hotel must be the best place with service.
I think this must be improved.
