Dated but a decent place to stay.
Overall clean hotel, but they still have the same beds and mattresses and furniture from 20 years ago when it was a best western don't mention anything about it used to be a best western to the dude checking you in because he will have a conniption fit and go off on you. Even though the room phones still say best western.

Property is not in a safe neighborhood. Bikers next door were noisy and made us nervous. AC would not cool below 82 when we returned to the room around 10pm. Nobody available to ask for help or a different room. We just packed up and drove 2 hours to go back home.

Meh overnight stay
It was sewer stinky from the bathroom but the toilet was clean and no visible issues. We had to keep the bathroom door shut and we didn't even use the shower because we wouldn't been able to handle the smell. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean.

Had to change rooms, the first one smelled like sewage. The second room wasn’t as bad but still smelled. There was not enough plug ins for even the microwave. The pool was unusable.

Coffee in room was already opened , only 2 available plugs and in wierd places. Room had a microwave that wasnt plugged and and wasnt even able to plug in due to cord being too short to reach any plug. Im guessing it might have been plugged into an extension cord at one point , but wasnt one when i stayed there. Friendly front desk , nice and quiet

Surprisingly Good
It was near Cedar Creek for a Birthday Party. It was all you needed for one night. Bathroom a little dated but overall surprisingly okay.

Overcharged for the room at check in. I didn't like the first room. It smelled like a sewer. I couldn't believe they even rented that room. They did move us to a room that didn't stink but the whole property was dirty and gross.

The room was suppose to be a smoking room. Was rold non where available even though i had reserved one in advance. The air conditioner barely cooled off the room to around 80 degrees. Didn't have a coffee pot and no complimentary breakfast. No extra towels were provided

The place was beyond Filthy the place smelled of sewage when confronting management they screamed at us and said it was surrounded by a lake what did we expect I have pictures to prove the filth of the room

Awful!!!
Worst experience ever. They did not have the room we were supposed to get, only smoking room. The extremely rude manager offered a room with a pull-out bed for my kids. The pull-out bed had not sheets and the manager would not give us sheets. Then the toilet was off and when we turned it on it was leaking. My wife asked for another room and again the rude manager offered a smoking room with two beds. We took it and it was awful. My 16 year old son went to ask for towels and again the manager was rude to him. Avoid this place at all cost. Hotels.com should remove them!!!!

The Motel and grounds were very clean.. bed could have been a bit more soft but thats just my comfort, my husband slept well.

False advertising. There was no breakfast, no working laundry. Heavy dust on laundry machines, which were in same room with ice machine. Poorly draining bathtub, filled up during shower. Very poor value for the money. We cannot recommend this property.

Basic services and prompt registration were good. Although I understand that current covid conditions make it tough to provide some motel services, there was no breakfast provided even though it stated on the website that breakfast would be provided. No mention or explanation about breakfast were provided at check in time.

Night clerk had no record of my reservation. the room was clean & acceptable, BUT, No electrical plug by the bed for a phone charger or c-pap machine. hair dryer & coffee pot did not work. tried to reset the outlets to no avail. Coffee pot & hair dryer were minor inconveniences, Lack of an outlet for my C-pap machine was major.

There was no cable tv in the room, there was a Roku device but no instructions on how to use it. The shower stem was not adjustable the tub was filling with water while I showered. Other than the room was clean but plain.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. There were roaches and burn holes everywhere! The toilet didn't flush very well and the shower had absolutely no pressure and was barely coming out of the faucet!
