Very convenient to have Walmart nearby. I wish they could have given a heads up before arrival that the pool was out of order

The property was right in the middle between the places we were going. The waste cans in the breakfast area were covered in food waste. Need bigger waste cans or a different type of lid.

This facility has so much potential. The suites are wonderful. First impression is a very nice property. Until you start looking around. Water machine in workout room - no cups. Employee did not know if it actually worked. Pool is closed. Employees have no idea when it will re open nor do they know what is wrong with it. Employees, for the most part were super helpful and very gracious. Several boxes for sanitizer wipes were all around the facility. None had any wipes. We were there 4 day and they were not refilled. Fairly nice food area - limited but adequate "supper" items each evening. Breakfasts were good. Coffee cups were super thin so carrying the cup was a juggling act to keep from being burned. No sleeves for them. For the most part it was clean. Elevator had issues. Scary. Employees said it has been like this for months. While suites are very nice - separate bedroom and bath, kitchenette, the walls are quite thin. Neighbors were just having normal conversation and we would hear every word. It was just a weird vibe because from the outside it looks so very nice. Would absolutely give it a much better rating on just employees and service . Such a shame.

Property is in a terrible state of dis-repair. We have stayed here multiple times and have all been fantastic. Hilton corporate needs to come in and do a complete overhaul. Baseboards are missing, elevators do not work - you have to call the front desk on a walkie to have the elevator sent up to get you. The toilet areas are not ADA-compliant. Blood was smeared on the walls, dirty towels were left in the shower and hair was in the shower stall. Hilton-Corporate, feel free to contact me.

Pool out of service and not cleanning room service
The pool of the hotel was out of service, and in my 3 nights my room was not cleaned. During my check out manager told me that the cleaning room service needs to be asked for customer which was not informed to me when I checked in. In addition, the last day toilet was not working properly.

The hotel itself and hotel staff were great! Unfortunately we booked this hotel planning to swim but their pool is undergoing renovations so the kids were disappointed.

Maintenance of the grounds was very poor. There were thousands of cigarette butts on the sidewals and in the parking areas. Garbage sat in the outside seating/picnic ares for days.

The computer system sucked. I had to be checked in twice. I was booked into the wrong room / surname first. Then the card processing system was glitchy. 20 minutes need to check in and only me in line.

We were just driving through and staying one night. The room was great and the beds comfy. The dishwasher was working but had broken door. The floors were very sticky. Breakfast was horrible. Otherwise good stay for 1 night. Expensive pet fee. $75.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and I love it. It is always clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

When we checked in the front desk individual was very friendly she explained everything we needed to do to connect to the internet & turn the lights on. The surrounding area was very quiet, which was nice. Once in our room the room was clean except for the dead fly in the picture as soon as you walk into the room, we did not have some amenities that should come in a room such as kleenex, shower soap, the book that explains things to do around the area, pen, paper. Overall we enjoyed our stay & supported various local shops within the area
