Property and staff was fine just non refundable because i was not aware from expedia that their was a 70 deposit . If knew that would not of went there. And i didnt get my money back from expedia which said i was late to check in and the staff even wondered why because you need to check in by 3am. And i was there at 11:30pm so it sucked. Never will i deal with expedia again.

Gentlemen at the front desk and young lady at the bar very pleasant. We were told the bar/kitchen was open until 2am. The bar was very cool, 80s vibe but the kitchen was closed. The hotel itself very old, dingy and out dated. The outside had trash all over, the hall carpets stained, and we walked into the room and the smell hit you. The floors were sticky, the lamps flickered, change/money all over the floor so that tells me it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom oh my. The tub was gross with hair and stains, the sink was dirty, towels had stains on them, the toilet was clean. The wallpaper old and stained, no fan to vent. The walls were dirty and marked all up. The walls are thin. We could here the other TVs, The bed was comfy enough and the linen was ok. Updates are needed but they do have EV chargers. Money should go into updating everything from the outside to the inside.

When checked into room it was dirty, went back to desk she blamed it on housekeeping they was new , checked another room out same way , 3rd room was better, but 2 rooms dirty and so noisy here also, will never be back

My stay was nice, when me and my man first arrived we were welcomed by a blonde lady who was training a young man. Very nice people, as for my checkout experience, the lady at the desk today was very rude. Would stay again for the convenience and the bar downstairs. Staff needs to be better all around or keep the 2 we met at check-in

Crackhead hotel
Lady at the check-in desk was great. Waiting for her to deal with crackheads that live there trying to figure out the security deposit was bad. Steps to the second floor are a death trap. Every surface of the room had some sort of oil on it. Towels were beat up and definitely not washed. Hair was all over the towels and bathroom area. Shower fixture was not attached to the wall, needed two hands to get it turned on. The towel I brought smelled like cigarette smoke by the morning after hanging in the bathroom. 4 pillows on the bed, no two were the same. Glad I brought my own towels and pillow. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Awful. Would NOT recommend.
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dead bugs all over the floor. Drain flies flying around. Dust on the furniture. A clogged toilet that was not functional. The room reeked of cigarettes and mildew. The AC unit was incredibly loud. We asked the front desk lady to use a plunger, but that didn't help. We had children with us so having a functional toilet was a must. She said she would see but didn't think there were any rooms available. We decided we were just going to leave after waiting almost an hour to hear back from her and getting nothing. When we went to let her know only then did a room suddenly become available. Mind you, this was at 2am. It was at this time we understood why there was only a few cars in the parking lot. This place was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I have no idea how this hotel hasn't been shut down or how it was rated as a 3 star hotel, because it most definitely is not. I'm not one to complain, but I don't ever want a family to deal with what we did while traveling. I wish we had taken photos, but were not wanting to hang around longer than was necessary.

There was dog fecis in the hall way. Someone spit a hocker on step railing. I was woken at 230am by the stench of marijuana. A woman who was high let her Pitvull run free and then entered the pool area. The pool was not clean and filter was not running. Breakfast: no protein. Must share gallons of milk with other guests. One of the staff whom lives on the property stood and make 10 waffles, forcing other to eat cold breafast items. This is just a small does of complaints. I have not even mentioned the black mold, missing windows and room phone not working.

This property is not safe for woman or families. It was like pay by the hour hotels. Water on flloors in rooms. Bed linen ripped. Horrible frightening conditions. We checked in then checked out after we saw the room. Be warned.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was near a shopping plaza and restaurants which was convenient. The room and bedding were clean and the service exceptional.

Front desk and reception was amazing. Super friendly and efficient. Room, yeah not so much. Let me start by saying there was hair, of all types, through out the tub and bathroom. Empty soap wrappers left behind in corners. But the WORST PART of this is the bed itself. A taco doesnt do the shape / condition of this bed. It was horrid. Like children had bounced in the middle until it collapsed. Seriously. No joke. It was literally a 45° angle when you lay down.

I didn't find anyone at the front desk, I trained someone to check in about 15 minutes. to no avail, then I found the phone number of the hotel and only managed to ask the Lord from the front desk. it all took over 20 minutes terrible. Then twice in the night the hotel phone rang waking us all up, when I picked up the phone there was a dead signal. The door to the room was very hard to close. The only positive thing about this hotel is the amazing BAR 80' with very nice staff

I enjoyed staying at the Red Carpet Inn after I was upgraded to a king size room on the second floor far away from everyone. The first night the unfriendly front desk staff put me in room 101 next to the entrance from the lobby. It was very noisy with people screaming out at least four times. After the third bursting out by the drunken men, I couldn’t go back to sleep. But, I tried to look at it as a positive experience in order to be in peace for my foster sister who I came to Hazleton for her wake and funeral services. The next morning, I happened to see a very nice front desk staff at continental breakfast. I asked if she could upgrade me. She did and it made my stay and trip back to Hazleton for my dear sister a different experience. Thank you.

For $80 it was one of the better “cheaper” rooms we have stayed at on the fly. To have a breakfast for guest, and a pool on site (we saw it and heard it but was to cold for it to be open/in use at this time) is more than any other $80 room we had. The first room we were put in was not cleaned, but was an accident due to miscommunication in shifts. Our second room, although it was not “newer” was still clean and set up with a mini microwave and coffee machine. And you could tell they tried to update. It’s also attached to a little dive bar which is a friendly place when you need a drink after a long drive. The staff was nice and accommodating
