Beautiful hotel, great staff interaction, the hotel smelled beautiful the moment you walked into it all the way up into my room. Stayed one night with my children and even though a casino is on the first floor it was very quiet. Only downfall is figuring out the entrance of the hotel. Not enough signs. Drove in circles for about 10 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay, would have been better with a microwave but overall it was great. The patio was the best part. Easy access to the parking lot and cool spot for smoking.

Our stay was pretty great with a few bumps. The drink machines in the vending areas were out of order on 3 floors. We got in after dark and the lighting for signage to find hotel entrance was not good. We wish there was more information on the restaurants for availability on a week night. It was a little confusing since we had never been there before. However, the catering provided for the class we were attending, was excellent. The food was good and the staff was amazing!

The hotel was nice. I also liked that I could stream shows straight from my phone on the tv. I didn’t like that most of the restaurants were closed during the week, which made for limited dining options. I also didn’t like that some of the restaurants were in the casino area so we had to enter smoking areas to get to those.

Terrible customer service. Lobby reeked of artificial air fresheners. Charged $20 for amenities that weren’t used. The list goes on and on… save your time and money and go to a hotel that is halfway decent

I stayed here for 1 night and I really enjoyed my stay! My boyfriend and I ate at the Beerhouse and the food and drinks were phenomenal and well-priced. My only complaint would be that the bed was a tad more firm than I expected, I prefer mattresses to be a little softer and able to sink into. Overall though Id definitely recommend and would definitely return

My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say or do! Facility is very clean and in good repair.

The casino smoke smell was strong. The door leading to our hallway was quite dirty. The customer service was wonderful. There were plenty of options for food and drink.

Property/parking was fine. Came to see a concert and then did an overnight stay with other friends. There were many positives. Here’s the negatives- the hairdryer in our room was outdated, smelled funky whilst blowing the air and the air diffuser kept falling off, making it useless. For a pricey room, I’d expect a better hair dryer. Minor inconvenience. 2- concert area- definitely needs stadium style seating. Felt like we were at a business conference and the decor lent to that “feel”, big time. People all around us were lost trying to find their seats which made it hard to see the band with the crowds of people. And… it was just hard to tell where seats were in general. 3rd negative- check out is 11. So we slept in and then got packed up and ready with the intention of having late breakfast/early lunch when we checked out… at 11. The only place open said we could get coffee or a pastry, but not a meal and we could wait until noon and order take-out, but couldn’t dine in. That was a huge bummer and one of the reasons we enjoy staying at self-contained hotels. We left and had to drive around a not so pretty city to find dining. And lastly- walking towards the restaurant areas, the closer you got to the casino, the heavier the smoke smell. It was awful and we turned around and left. More exhaust fans are definitely needed.
