Great feedback and thank you. We have been and still are investing in the two bedroom apartments. New appliances- Oven/stove/ Dishwasher, Extractors, Bedcaps, Carpet , new couches & Queen beds are on the way. Investing in the bathroom set up also.

Thank you for takin g time to review us. We are a busy lodge with early morning hikers departing to hike the Famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Our Apartments & King Studios have better space for quietness as they are individual

Our brand new studios are 17msq and with the sofa bed it is tight. Studios have a King bed, Tea & coffee amenities, Microwave, Bathroom

Great to hear you have experienced our New pods. Yes tight for three but very suitable for two with the King size bed.

Thank you for your review. Our wifi is 10GB with two devices on it which the coupon is at reception free of charge. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils etc. Any perishables you need to supply your self as its a self catering Kitchen. Our Spa pool is open from 3.00pm to 8.30pm. We line the spa up with reception hours and also the cleaning process which is 9pm to 10pm and then again 9am to 10am

Lovely we have been here for while now 10 years and we do enjoy returned guests. Thank you for staying with us once again

Thank you for your feedback. The rooms are set up as an ensuite with the bathroom 17msq. Your workable tap for water is the bathroom like a motel room.. No water bottles but we have wine glasses/water glasses and coffee cups in the room. There is a full kitchen in the lodge for anything extra that you need to use.
