Staff was amazing and friendly. Beds were comfy and ac worked perfectly. Asked to not be ground level and gotnmoved to second floor - however we got put right next to elevator and ice machine and both were hot commodities all night and morning long. I should've played my sound machine because i woke every 2 hours from 10pm-8am... loved the location to nearby restaurants and short walk over the dunes to the beach..

This hotel was quite a disappointment. Guy Harvey should really invest some money into this site and clean it up. The floors are filthy. A deep cleaning is needed. The rooms are old, worn out and dingy. The walls are paper thin. You will hear every noise coming from rooms around yours. The draw for us was this hotel is on the beach but we did expect more for the price we paid. The pool is nice and they do have a small play area for young children. We did not eat on site. Our partial ocean view was just that. A slice of ocean and a full view of the parking lot. The one good comment I have about this hotel are the ladies who come daily to your room and clean up and change out towels, etc. They are excellent and do their job well and conscientiously. Obviously this is not a place we will return to.

We had a good experience, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on-site was excellent breakfast was quick and tasty. Pool area was clean and spacious, easy access to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property with a pool. You are steps away from the beach. The carpet seemed a little outdated in the rooms or because of the color just look dirty. For Resort prices I can't say it was worth it. They don't have room service and their tiki bar closes at 8:00. They do have a restaurant open till 11:00 that you can get takeout if you want. If you don't bring your own beach stuff you can rent two chairs and an umbrella for $45 which is outrageous . the balcony with the partial View didn't come with the sliding door it was just an actual swinging door. I was hoping to have more of a open feel to the room.

The property was nice up front but where you actually stay is old and dilapidated. We went to the tiki bar and waited for ten minutes no worker was present so we left. When we checked in the lady told it was a particular view of the ocean not what we expected. Very over priced for quality of property. Very unbelievable that Guy Harvey would be connected to such a ran down property. The bathroom was dirty. The water Spicket was loose and pulled away from the wall. The bathroom mirror is so low I had to stoop down to use it. I am only 6 feet tall. Very disappointed in this so called resort.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, beach access and of course, the tiki bar. It’s a convenient location being only 4 miles from downtown. There are several restaurants and grocery stores very close. Definitely recommend the property.

We had a nice time at Guy Harvey. It is a great location. The rooms are old and outdated. The lobby and bar/food area is nice and in better shape The food was average to good. Staff was friendly. The pool was nice, it has a great bar. It was AWESOME to be able to walk to the ocean from the pool. Overall, we liked it. Not fancy, but we did enjoy ourselves.

there were too many dogs with owners not cleaning up after them. Walking from the gazeboo down to the beach in barefeet.....the dog in front of us urinated.....the owner did nothing to cover it up. Very thin walls!! Nonsmoking rooms are not accurate, horrible smell of marijuana/CBD/weed smoke next door to our room and other areas of the resort. Staff were overall friendly. The overall clientele of guests, however, were not respectful of others. Very disappointed and will not be staying at this resort again.

Great location, Ocean Front property and only 100 yard walk to the beach. My only complaint is that for being labeled as a “Resort” they DO NOT have a Hot Tub!!! I personally probably won’t stay here again for that reason alone. But if you don’t want a Hot Tub then it’s a great spot.

Ocean view room is hardly oceanview. You look directly at another property off balcony and have to lean over to see ocean. For the price, facility is rather ordinary given its namesake

Had a wonderful time on the amazing beach and pool. The area was beautiful and clean . All the dog owners managed thier pets and we loved seeing the fur babies. The resort is older so the rooms and bathroom is small but clean . Loved the trolley into town. Need to plan our next visit as there is still more to see.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating from the minute I arrived. The property was nicely updated, clean, bright and inviting. It was a last minute trip and did not disappoint! Great location, pool area and beach. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. My family had a great experience!

Honestly this is a great property! One of the few hotels in St. Augustine with full beach access. It was clean, nice, up to date, family friendly, and just a great set up with the pool, tiki bar, and beach access! BOOK, you won’t be disappointed.

There was mold all through the ceiling , the hotel looks like the company bought an old hotel and slapped some pictures up.
