The team were super friendly and helpful. Its a basic hotel with very basic room facilities but you dont spend much time in the room! Its a few km from town ..too far to walk with kids but ok for adult's Team were great, and very accomodating

Chose this because it was on the beach,but the beach was gravel and muddy and not nice for a swim. Room smelled very musty when we arrived but once the ceiling fan was going for a bit that helped, could do with something to sit on in the room other than the bed. The team there were very helpful in regard to getting around and general day to day things

Very good customer service. Includes a nice restaurant with free breakfast. Comfortable rooms located very close to the beach for a relaxing feel.

Pleasant stay
Lovely hotel just a little walk out of town. Buses and taxes constantly going into the main part of town. Great pool area and nice clean rooms with air con.

Great resort with good service and location
Great resort, quite comfortable and well located, but have definitely a great potential to be improved with a bit more of attention to the details, like the activities,entertainment in the evening and breakfast variety. Service was good.

quite a good resort on the beach which isnt great but still nice...breakfast very limited..not sure why u put canned fruit out but its a comfortable stay and not far from airport

We loved everything, staff extremely kind & polite, breakfast was delicious, the management extremely professional and pay attention to details. To us was the best hotel to stay in Luganville, highly recommend.

The position was the most positive thing with staff being obliging a close second. The gardens are well kept. They provide only 2 wooden loungers for around the pool. Neither have top pads. Very few beach towels if any. No dish detergent or tea towels in units, no plates or cutlery. No music while dining or in public areas. No arm chair or similar in unit. Toilet had become detached from floor. Tiles in shower very slippery. Too many locals ( day guests they call them) using the pool and facilities.

Anonymous I normally don't respond to reviews where people cowardly hide behind anonymity but . . . Thank you for your comments and I'll respond to the major issues We don't allow cooking in the rooms so why would we have crockery, cutlery or tea towels in the rooms we supply a bath towel, a hand towel and a facecloth - what more do you need? Did you let us know about the toilet? - I can find no record of a complaint I'm very proud of the fact that we one of the few local resorts that do not restrict indigenous Ni-Vanuatu to use our facilities - unlike others we are not racist Thank you for staying with us but if you return to Santo please stay somewhere else

Well located a moderate walk or short 200vt taxi from the centre of Luganville. We stayed in a beach front Dolphin Room that was spotless, well appointed and a good size for the three of us. The pool was very clean and perfect temperature. The outlook across the Legond Channel towards Aore Island was great, we took out the free Kayaks for a paddle towards Luganville which was fun. Overall a well run and well appointed resort.

A very good hotel with a friendly staff. Walking distance to the main town. The only downside is a beach which can't be compared to a the eastern beaches on Santo.

Very friendly staff and do not bother about you unless you ask them....a lot of privacy even with people moving about. Except for the poor internet service in the room, all other services were excellent. A great view of the beach front that one can walk every morning without any hassles or contact with others...

Spacious rooms, air conditioning, lots of common space, nice pool and large garden. Location is convenient to town. The resort also has a common kitchen and large BBQ area if you wish to use. Very reasonable room rate compared to other properties in Santo. Best value! Free WIFI. Highly recommended for staying in Luganville.

Better than expected. The staff (especially Lorna) could not have been more helpful. Location was perfect and although breakfast was basic, it was sufficient. The toom is modern and air conditioned (essential at this time of year) and bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Resort to all travellers to Santo.

Reception staff not terribly helpful considering my daughter got a severe case of food poisoning from her dinner cooked in their kitchen. Was disappointed that we were not even offered a refund for her meal. The other staff however were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely. Room pretty good.

Amanda I'm sorry to hear that you had an alleged issue with our food I wasn't here when you're daughter was ill However I was briefed on the situation by my temp manager when I returned Anne tells me that other guests also had the hamburgers that day with no ill effects I'm not aware if you ate elsewhere which may have caused or contributed to the problem - some guests do complain of food poisoning to claim free meals or refunds You were, in fact, given complimentary 2 large bottles of water and some soft drinks - the cost of these were about the same as the cost of the hamburger - so you were, in fact, 'refunded' for your meal Amanda, again, I'm sorry your daughter didn't fully enjoy her stay at Beachfront Resort Have a great weekend

We stayed here for 2 nights before moving up to Turtle Bay Lodge. It was convenient, but the location is such that I wouldn't stay here much longer than a few nights. Pool and restaurant were fine.

Friendly staff. Booked in twice to dolphin villa as a break from yacht. Excellent location for base to reprovision yacht with convenient anchoring off beach in good holding. Air conditioned room was bliss to escape 2 days rain. Pizzas are fantastic.

Home away from home
One word to describe the resort "awesome". We have a great holiday and stay - Staff members remembers you by name and always greet you with a smile, food is good and reasonably price with lunch and dinner specials everyday. We stayed in Manta Family room and it is big enough for a family of 4 people. We did read other reviews (including negative reviews) and to be fair to Dave and his team at Beachfront Resort - they have no control over any external environments/factors. So people - please be sensible. We will definitely be back and stay with Beachfront Resort again. We love their hospitality, Dave and his team make us feel like home. It is a quiet and beautiful place with good team work. If you have any question or issue, talk to Dave and his team - they can be quite accommodating - obviously to a certain degree.

Beautiful resort on the beach with stunning views.
The Beachfront Resort is a well run, very clean resort with beautiful surroundings. We loved sitting around the pool looking over the pristine grounds and beach. It is in a good location in Santo. The complimentary buffet breakfast was enjoyed by all. Next time we visit, we would prefer to stay in a bungalow closer to the water. Our room was clean and comfortable but basic furnishings. We would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return.

Situated just on the southern out skirts of luganville, it’s not a bad little over nighter. Nothing epic... not really much of a beach but the staff were friendly and the rooms were a 6 out of 10.

Very practical hotel as "pied a terre".
We stayed for a week so we could drive around Santo anytime, anywhere possible. The hotel is comfortable and practical, with a great swimming pool located in an open grass space view on the channel and Aore island. Great place to relax after visiting Santo.

Good Value for money.
The rooms a fairly small but the airconditioning made it comfortable. The restaurant is only average as is the breakfast served. The pool is great and the beachfront access is nice, although the beach in Luganville is nothing compared to the beaches further north on Santo. We live in Luganville and went here when our family came visiting and overall found it a good getaway place and convenient location close to town. The best places in Santo are north and Beachfront is a convenient pick up point for tours.
