The room was nice and clean if a bit worn, and the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Our only complaint was that there was a wedding or some other sort of party and the connected event space where loud music was playing quite late into the night, but I expect that is not a nightly occurrence.

We were only there for 12 hours but we liked the hotel for the friendly staff, its cleanliness and modern amenities. We arrived at night and had trouble figuring out how to enter the grounds. We eventually found the proper gate and a security guard who let us in.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Room was clean and everyting worked as it should. The staff made everything about or stay perfect. We enjoyed the included breakfoast more than I have ever enjoyed a breakfast that was included with a stay. The dinner was out of this world. Each night we had a different steak meal and the meat was out if this world. The staff was on another level. I cant wait to go back! We used the gym and although some of the treadmill type equipment didnt really work there was plenty of equipment to get a great workout. At first we thought the pool was dirty and uncared for but we realized that the breeze constantly keeps leaves in the pool and someone cleans it daily. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the cold water thouroughly.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night after flying into San Jose late at night. It was clean, quiet and safe. The included breakfast was lovely - the restaurant has a nice outdoor space near a lovely little park, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend as a short term stay.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen und für einen Zwischenstopp ausreichend. Die Zimmer insbesondere das Bad war nicht sehr sauber ( Wasserflecken auf dem Armaturen) und das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab. Das Frühstück war etwas wenig es gab kein Buffet und man erhielt eine Portion pro Person. Die Säfte waren nicht frisch sondern sirupartig. Für ein so Obstreiches Land wie Costa Rica sehr schade. Bedient wurde man nur zu Beginn des Frühstücks. Die größte Enttäuschung war der Pool. Dieser war sehr dreckig und es gab nur 5 Liegestühle welche alle belegt waren. Niemand wollte aber im Pool schwimmen. Für einen kurzen Halt ist das Hotel in Ordnung aber insgesamt nichts besonderes und alles etwas lieblos und ungepflegt.

Llegamos super tarde a la medianoche quisimos quedarnos unas horas mas, expresamos que Llegamos tarde por los vuelo y la persona no fue amable solo queria q nos fueramos, nosotros no pretendiamos quedarnos porque ya teniamos rentado otro sitio, Pero si queriamos almorzar y pasar un rato hay. El trato fue horrible, asi que no puedo decir mas.

Entiendo tu preocupación y lamento sinceramente cualquier inconveniente que hayas experimentado durante tu estancia. Permíteme explicarte la situación desde nuestra perspectiva.Nuestro objetivo principal es garantizar una experiencia cómoda y satisfactoria para todos nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a tu solicitud de quedarte unas horas más en la habitación, lamentablemente, en esa ocasión no pudimos complacerte debido a que no fue solicitado con antelación, siendo el check out es a las 12:00pm y la hora de ingreso de los nuevos huéspedes es a las 3:00pm, ya teníamos a otro huésped esperando para registrarse en la misma habitación, por lo que no podíamos permitirte un late check out ya que no teníamos la disponibilidad. Nuestro compromiso es con la puntualidad y la satisfacción de todos nuestros clientes, y en este caso particular, debíamos asegurarnos de que la habitación estuviera preparada a tiempo para el siguiente huésped.Entendemos que puedas haber sentido que el trato no fue el más amable, y por eso queremos disculparnos sinceramente si te hicimos sentir incómodo de alguna manera. Valoramos enormemente tus comentarios y los utilizaremos para mejorar nuestros servicios y la experiencia general de nuestros huéspedes en el futuro.

Roo(King Suite) was spacious and equipped as advertised. Bed was comfortable. We were surprised to find adjoining sliding doors that were not secured. We could access occupied neighbouring suite..and their effects. We notified security and used limited locking mechansim to secure one side. We couldn't use the safe un the room because it was already locked. Dinner at the steak restaurant (with reservations) was very good.

We only stayed the night before our flight out so did not take advantage of the breakfast. We did eat dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff of the restaurant was extremely friendly and very professional looking.

Disappointed
The Junior Suite was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor space (pool and gardens). The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly (a spot was attracting ants), and we were surprised not to receive housekeeping service for a 2-night stay, so no coffee for the second morning. No towels were offered for the pool, so our room towels got a lot of use! Finally the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport that was a no-show, so at 4:30 am we had to go to the street to flag down a taxi.

Housekeeping did not clean your room during your stay because, at check-in, on the registration card, you wrote that you do not want cleaning; that is why they didn't do it. About the towels for the pool, we have them at the front desk. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the taxi arrangement. We did arrange it, but the driver was a little late. After checking with the security in charge and the driver, the taxi that you took from the street was the one that was scheduled to pick you up that day. Nice Hotel for staying a night in San José. - clean and nice rooms - good variety of breakfast - Car is needed - playground for kids available - Restaurant in the Hotel was closed on Sunday, but there was a very good&cool food market near by (Mercado La Cartonera)

Aside from the traffic outside the property, it was a comfortable room, (the shower head )preasure was awesome) great staff, great location and the restaurant was a bonus. Most amazing steakhouse with a wonderful wine selection. The included breakfast the next morning was outstanding. I recommend this resort. The pool and grounds looked beautiful although we were not there long enough.
