This property has a great view, but everything else is very tired and in need of refurbishment. General cleanliness was lacking.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay at Chandlers. Our cleaners make a point of cleaning to the highest standards. Our villas are however over 30 years old and in some respects showing their age. Although they are ageing we do our best to ensure that everything is clean and functional enough to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. We feel that all these factors are reflected in our pricing and we have many repeat customers who appreciate the nature of the property and its's price point allowing anyone to come and enjoy a 5 star location atr a 3 star price point.Again, apologies if your stay did not live up to your expectations.

To many rules, staff terrible very dark at night when returning back. Nearly fell over a few times when we told staff she just said it’s 30 years old what do you expect

We loved our stay here. So tranquil. The villas are fantastic. The view is amazing. Perfect location to visit surrounding wineries and just a short drive to Dunsborough and Margaret River. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great location and Staff!
Everyone at chandlers was a pleasure to deal with! We had a great stay for a wedding and the rooms have an amazing view of the ocean. Wildlife all over the place and the Milky Way and stars are crystal clear at night. Make sure to look up at night while staying here. It’s worth the trouble.

Awesome views , clean rooms,well equipped, can hear and see the ocean from our bedroom. Short walking distance from the Smiths beach. Perfect place to relax and chill out. We'll definitely be going back .

Very clean and comfortable villas with beautiful ocean views. Kangaroos every evening on the front lawn along with friendly magpies A little away from the main Yallingup area and infrastructure but very relaxing , peaceful location and holiday recommend

The view was worth much more Than what we paid!
Stone throw to one of the best surf beaches. People pay much more across the road, and although the accommodation was basic, it was roomy, clean, comfortable and warm and had everything we needed at a budget price! Kangaroos at our window in the afternoon and lots of birds too. Great value if you do not expect 5 star, but love nature and comforts of home.

Family chill time
The resort is charming, great for a.small family get away. The beach....one of the best I've been to and had dolphins swim up when we were there too. Very close to some nice wineries too...overall a really nice get away spot for chill time.

First Time At Smith's Beach
Love the area. Very central and suited us for trips to wineries and restaurants in the region. Chandlers is over 30 years old and units showing their age compared to today's standards but it was clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was superb. Very relaxing spot.

Value for money million dollar views
Very nice comfortable accomodation Nice staff and amazing location It was unusually warm when we were there and there is no AC. The famtastic decks are all joined and when we were after peace and quiet on the deck the neighbours were in full loud talk mode. Other than that very good and we will be back

Gorgeous villa perfectly located in Yallingup.
We had a lovely stay & found the villas to be perfectly located with just a short stroll to Smith’s Beach & a great restaurant & cafe. The villa itself had beautiful views & was lovely n clean with everything we could need for our stay there. We will definitely be back.

This is a set of villas located right near the ocean at Yallingup W.A. We could hear the rolling surf all the time. The accommodation is very good and caters for beachgoers in summer and those who want a quiet retreat in winter. The accommodation was very good, with all facilities available. The master and second bedroom were spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The verandah had view to the water, and was a great place to relax. Heating was excellent for the winter months. We would certainly return again.

BEAUTIFUL SCENERY
Beautiful scene from our room and perfect picture in every angle. There have a private way to the beach, good to explore. Will meet a Kangaroo if you wake up in very early morning :) The kids will having very fun because there have a wide field infront of the room. (of course, becareful the Kangaroo poo-poo)

fantastic view
we stayed for 3 nights and our villa was so cosy and peaceful. We watched the storms roll in over the ocean from the lounge whilst reading books - the perfect winter getaway.

A lovely outlook and peaceful location near a fabulous beach. Easy drive to Margaret River, Dunsborough, a great place to base yourself for a longer stay to explore the region

It was a really beautiful place to stay, there were wild but friendly kangaroos just roaming around on the grassed area outside the cottages. It was a very relaxing, quiet and peaceful place...watching the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine, cheese platter and beautiful views :)

nice accommodation - very close to beach
we stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights for a long weekend down south. the staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout if we required anything. the villa was clean and well equipped with most kitchen tools we needed aside from 1 or 2 things. gorgeous view despite the bad weather. would recommend this location for people who want to be close to the beach but also nice and close to the wineries and other sites to see around the area.

Great views of the bay.
Have stayed 5 times over the past 20 years at Chandlers. Units are clean,inviting and comfortable . Have been refreshed since our last visit with modern linen and furnishings. Would recommend units 1 to 10 for the best views. .

2nd stay and will be back
This was our second stay. Excellent value for money. Gorgeous views and very comfortable. Close to everything you'd need like shops, restaurants and wineries but far enough away to really relax. The villa was clean but not spotless and a tiny bit dated but that only if we're being really picky.

Good self contained villas
Still a great place to stay. Its been a while since we have stayed at Chandlers. The villas have had a bit of an update but are still good, clean accommodation. We were lucky and had views to the beach from our balcony. The garden is being trimmed bqck so I'm sure everyone's view will be improved. Everything provided that you need to self cater. Friendly kangaroos come visiting each morning too.

Lovely serene surroundings
Beach villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. But what took our breathe away was the view, we could see a wide expanse of the sea from our beach villa. Loved the serenity as well. Although we subsequently stayed at more expensive and luxurious accomodation, we loved our experience here the most.

exceptional! clean chalet, the seaview is indeed breath taking! despite location is a little bit remote and averagely 30 mins drive to town, we had great relaxing retreat at this premise! will definitely recommend to friends!
