Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly, staff was great, room was perfect size for a family of four. We got the 2 queen bed suite. Shower pressure was great, fresh towels daily, breakfast was good and a good variety to choose from.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There wasn’t enough food and we went with plenty of time before the cut off time. The room needed to have extra linen for the sofa bed. The restroom shower floor needed a good scrub. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The chair in the room was so stained that i used one of the 3 towels we had to cover it so that we could sit on it. We had no handtowels or washcloths at all. The air conditioner worked but was loud and it did not maintain the temp consistently

I enjoyed the front desk evening staff she was very nice and attentive. She definitely lived up to the small town friendliness I love to encounter while I'm on the road and on vacation.

Suite is not really a suite
This hotel is very nice, great staff, clean and comfortable...however, i booked a suite and the room they call a suite is just a room with the beds pushed further to the window, a small sofa added behind an 18" wall. NOT a suite at all.

Probably the best for the town
Booked on hotels.com and the room advertised wasn’t the room available or given. Was given a refund based on that after 1 hour on the phone. The room had some mold in restroom and the coffee maker was broken. The staff however was top tier, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was refreshingly good! All in all for a floresville hotel it’s probably the best you will get. Just make sure you are getting the room you book.

The stay was great as always, but the light over the shower did not work. Plus the room was a little dark in lighting wise.

Just a few things we're a little bit annoying. Upon entering hotel room went to the restroom and noticed used q-tips in the trashcan already, which made me wonder if the room was really serviced at all before we arrived. Also went to take a shower upon arrival and the body wash supplied by the hotel was empty and I didn't bring any on trip cause I know Holiday Inn usually supplies it. So that was a bummer, I had to go down and ask. Everything else was a pleasant stay.

When we checked and there was no one at the front desk, but when they finally came, staff member was very nice and courteous. We stayed two nights. When we came back to the room on the second day, the room had not been cleaned but all the towels were gone and had not been replaced. the phone in the room doesn’t work. The metal bar holding his shampoo, conditioner and body wash was broken when we arrived, and the bottles were on the floor. Room was clean no major complaints. The room was quiet and could not hear other rooms. And had a good nights sleep. Air conditioning in the gym with me. I do suggest that they put a fan in there.

Check in was quick, arrived to room and found plastic plates and plastic ware in drawer from previous guest. Room seemed clean but had a mild odor. Issues with card reader or key cards themselves not allowing access to our room. Cable was out most of the day on Saturday during our downtime. Apparently the whole building was without cable. Besides that, stay was good.
