Very good place to rest and enjoy Toscana. Highly recommended! Try the house wine and enjoy the landscape. Only downsides are the bed mattress (it could.be a lot better) and the hot water... It lasts only few minutes and then you need to wait

Marita was so helpful with all our wants and needs. Matteo the winemaker can in on Sunday, his day off to greet us. Their wines and olive oil are wonderful and our apartment was beautiful and immaculate. A beautiful short walk into town for dinner and shopping was so much nicer then having to drive and find parking. Love San Gimignano and this place. We WILL be back!

Heaven on earth
Lovely apartment with fabulous views from every window. Everywhere was clean and well maintained including the perfectly situated infinity pool. An added bonus is the close vicinity to San Gimignano which is easy walking distance provided you can cope with an uphill climb in the heat! Overall, absolute heaven.

Perfect place to base yourself as your explore the Tuscan area. The winery was great to relax under the sun and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

Lovely setting close to town
Beautiful working vineyard overlooking the town of San Gimignano. The rooms were very pleasant and the pool was fantastic with panoramic views over the valley. The town of San Gimignano is a bustling mix of quaint streets, picturesque piazzas, beautiful buildings, welcoming restaurants and interesting museums. A trip to the top of the tower provides panoramic views to the whole of San Gimignano.

Excelente opção em San Gigminano, a cerca de 1,5 km da pequena cidade histórica. Quartos amplos, vista deslumbrante, onde pode-se dormir admirando a lua. Recomendo muito.

Lovely clean apartment, excellent location. Kitchen appliances were not very good and the bed was quite hard, which is typical Italian style. We still really enjoyed our stay and would return.

San Gimignano on your doorstep
This is a delightful peaceful agriturismo in beautiful countryside but within walking distance of San Gimignano. We honeymooned here for 11 days and thoroughly recommend it. The apartment is comfortable though not luxurious and the air conditioning works well although it is only in the bedroom. The views from our rooms is stupendous- probably the best view of San Gimignano anywhere. The kitchen could be better equipped although the very basics are there. A welcome pack of basic foodstuffs like tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, oil, salt, wine and water would be very useful as a lot of visitors must arrive by plane and not have such things with them. The gardens are lovely and the infinity pool just gorgeous. Marianna is very helpful and always pleasant and smiling. If you're there on a Wednesday the wine tasting is informative - and delicious. All in all to be thoroughly recommended. Grazie!!

A great stay at this pristine property. So incredible- close to the city, but out in the olive grove/vineyard for a peaceful night sleep. Great, clean accomendations- very new and updated. The perfect place to stay. Do a wine tasting- they have great white wines

Piece of heaven on earth
We found the apartment in excellent and clean condition. Location is perfect in the middle of Tuscany to explore Volterra, Monteriggioni, Siena, Florence, etc... Make sure you book a car to get around. grounds were very safe and well taken care of, there is a small street next to the house, if you are a light sleeper simply bring earplugs. The views are amazing, we had the pool almost to ourselves at all times.
