직원들 친절하고 조식이 뷔페가 아니라 더 좋았다. 미고렝 너무 맛있고 글루텐 프리 메뉴까지 있는 섬세함에 감동함. 빌라가 20개 안되는 아담한 리조트라 먼길 돌지 않아도 되고 셔틀로 공항이나 근처 데려다줘서 관광에 편리하며 도보로 주요 관광지 다 갈 수 있음. 더블식스 비치 빈땅마켓 어시타바 등. 중심가와 살짝 떨어져 소음과 트래픽에시달라지 않고 편안한 시간 보냄

Memorable stays in Amala
It was great to stay in the Amala during my vacation. Room is clean and nice and freindly staffs and decent food( not buffet ). It is bit out of Beach thus we can feel comportable in calm.

Awesome experience
Nice location and kind staff member. Free drop-off service is very helpful. I strongly recommend pool villa especially for couple. It makes memorable experience.

Ok at a good price
Location was ok, we walked a bit but also used grab. When I first entered it was probably the only place in Bali where there wasn’t someone sweeping leaves, so appeared a little untidy- especially considering multiple staff with brooms & buckets walked by. Pool villa looked lovely. Outside furniture wasn’t the most comfortable for relaxing on. No cushions on sun beds, just the plastic. Breakfast sounds great but the juices were very watered down, food was fine. A BIG consideration for anyone booking here is the beds- they look beautiful, they are comfortable, but they are very very low, so could be difficult to get out of. Overall it was a low end 4 star experience.

This property was like an oasis in the middle of chaos. Staff were very friendly and attentive, meals were delicious and the scenery was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Seminyak. Glen Field

Overall the experience was good, the pool let the place down as it was green around walls and was a a bit tired looking. There were a lot of mozzies around the outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back again as it was in a nice quiet area.

日本人の方やホテルのスタッフの方の接客、気配りはすごく良かったと思うが、部屋のプールに落ち葉や虫等が浮いていたので、プールの清掃をして欲しいと何日もお願いしたのですが、オーケー、わかりました、と言われたのにも関わらず、毎回プールはノータッチでした。 あとは、これは仕方ないとは思うのですが、ゴキブリが何匹も部屋に出たので個人的には気分が悪くなってしまいました。プールにゴキブリが3匹浮いている状態では部屋のプールに入る気がせず、清掃をお願いしたのですが、結局最終日になっても状態は変わらなかったので、せっかくプール付きのヴィラにしたのに一度も部屋のプールに入ることが出来なかったのが思い出です。 ただ、ホテルのスタッフの笑顔や、ルームサービスを頼む時にもこちらの英語が未熟なばっかりに、部屋まで確認で何度も来ていただいたり、スタッフに日本人の方がいるという絶対的な安心感はありました。スタッフのみなさんの対応は素晴らしいと思いました。

予約の時から、石川さんには大変お世話になりました。日本人の方が細かく対応してくれるのはありがたかったです。他のスタッフも感じよく、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。スミニャック通りも近く、両替店、コンビニもすぐ目の前で、便利でした。ずっとホテルの中で過ごせるほど、快適でした!またこちらを利用したいです。

The staff at the Amala are incredibly friendly and service was exceptional. We were treated very well during our stay, and little details were looked after without us needing to ask. The service was very attentive. The gardens are beautifully maintained and we felt as if we were in our own sanctuary. Food was clean and delicious. The Spa provided one of the best massages we have ever had. Quiet and serene atmosphere - almost no guest noise at all. Highly recommend.

Stayed 1 night in the Spa villa. Bath salts, herbal bath sachet and bath oils were provided which was perfect with the tub. Shower had a steam option. Beds were comfortable and there was surprisingly no mosquitoes in the villa - very impressed considering how much we have been bitten on the trip. Complimentary breakfast that you have to call in and book your options the night before. Very extensive breakfast selection that will start your morning right. It will be served to the room and you can enjoy it in the comforts of your pajamas. Complimentary airport shuttle service was provided. We came from another villa in the Seminyak area and they picked us up in the morning. Additional charges apply if you require a pick up outside Seminyak, Legian, or Kuta area. Our airport shuttle when departing was late for half an hour per scheduled timing as it was serving another guest prior. There was a complimentary shuttle to places in the area but we didnt enjoy any of that as they were all occupied at various timings. The only comment was that the property was a little aged which can be seen on the walls and floors. Also, not sure if it's because we stayed only one night, the service was good but felt like other guests were served more hospitably. The property had many Japanese guests which perhaps was a tour or package arrangement and felt like preferential treatment was given. Nevertheless, a great stay. But given the steep price (S$350/N in Apr), may not stay again.

予約の時から丁寧な連絡を頂き空港の送迎やスパの予約など又、到着してからもシュノーケルやタクシーの手配など迅速丁寧です。 部屋も朝食もスパも良かったです。 ただ最終日はゆっくりしたくて朝食を8時に予約したのに6時過ぎに来られて微妙に違う朝食で15分後にパンケーキと珈琲、ジュース以外を回収、次は7時過ぎにそれ以外を持って来たが冷めたパンケーキを食べる気になれなかった。最後に残念

The Amala is a beautiful and intimate property that really takes care of their guests. The staff knew us by name and there wasn’t a time where we weren’t greeted when we entered a room. The breakfast was very good, as well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here.

こちらの皆さんの口コミを見てここに泊まることにしました。期待いっぱいの中、日本人スタッフの石川さんが期待以上に細やかなおもてなしをしてくださいました。予約をした段階でメールをくださり、空港からホテルまでの手配、ディナーの予約、友達への誕生日祝いも色々と提案してくださり、その時点でとても安心してバリへ行くことができました。チェックインの際も、会えないかと思ったのでとのことでお手紙もご用意してくださっていて、とても嬉しかったです。 他のスタッフの方達もとても丁寧で、アジアのホテルでよく見られる適当さは全然なかったです。朝部屋を出たのに戻ることがあり、タイミングが悪くお掃除タイムとバッティングしてしまったのですが、細かいところまでとても丁寧に掃除をしてくださっていて、感動でした。毎日マッサージ付きのプランにしたのですが、アジアの方は従業員同士喋っていたり雑だったりすることが多いように感じるのですが、全くそんなことはなく、毎日癒しの時間となりました。 他の方もおっしゃっていますが、しいて言うならば、お湯が一定には出ないこともありました。でもこれはアジアのお湯事情でしょうし、日本と同じものを求めてはいけないと思うので、仕方ないですね。 朝食もとても美味しくて、日本に帰ってからもあの朝食がもう恋しいです。またバリへ行く時は、ぜひアマラさんを利用させていただきたいと思っています。

Wonderful place to stay in Seminyak
Excellent time at the Amala. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was great. Our pool villa was very clean and spacious. Thanks for a great stay, would recommend the floating breakfast.

写真で見た、センスのいいインテリアと美しい緑のヴィラの雰囲気に一目惚れして予約しましたが、想像通りとても素敵でした。 滞在前から、メールで連絡をくださり、不安なく出発できました。 どのスタッフも、笑顔で、親切で、とても気持ちのよい対応をしていただきました。 きれいに清掃されており、虫除けもしっかりされているようで刺されませんでした。 朝食は、種類も多く美味しかったです。 ナシゴレンとパンケーキがおすすめです。 スパの雰囲気もすごく素敵で癒されました。 滞在中、ほかのゲストに会うことは少なかったです。 静かでのんびりと、ロマンティックな滞在ができました。 こちらに決めて良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

The villa is clean, comfortable with good service. Our stay was pleasant, and the location worked well. The main pool isn't great, but villas have small private pools which are nice (nit Fabulous). All in all a good stay.

ヴィラは外観の素敵さは言うまでもありませんが、日本人がマネージャーを務めており、スタッフへの指導がとても行き届いていました。バリではシートベルトをしているドライバーは見ませんでしたが、ここのドライバーはしっかり締めており、そうした細かなところからスタッフ教育のクオリティの高さが伺えます。施設の外観だけでなく、そうした意味でもとても快適な滞在ができました。ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います。

I can't recommend this place enough, it was an absolutely amazing experience having the privilege to stay at this beautiful hotel. Every detail was so thoughtful, sustainable, environmentally conscious, peaceful and serene. The welcome massage was lovely, and our discounted honeymoon massage was absolutely incredible. The staff was unbelievably kind and caring, and always available. We woke up excited every morning to have a delicious and healthy array of breakfast dishes every morning (strawberry pancakes are a must!). There was complimentary yoga in the morning and evening was really unique, we learned so much about yoga, bali and medication. The room was a dream (we splurged for the private pool and will never regret it), it was just incredible, from the private pool that always had flowers in it from the tree above, to the relaxing outdoor tub, and the MOST comfortable bed. We will never forget this place and will definitely come back soon!

Advantages: 1. Free airport transfer 2. Room requests met , i.e. request for better insect control 3. Friendly staff (very friendly!!) 4. Optional yoga classes, some free Disadvantages: 1. If it's rainy season, you'd be in for a shock given the room layout means rain water will make the interior wet. White marble flooring only made it more slippery and hard to detect water gathered. 2. Wooden floors inside rooms also slippery and accident-prone as it was in our case 3. Owner happened to be on site and she could learn a lesson on customer service, not demand guests to tell her where we want to go. She can ask nicely, upon making herself known, not just randomly charge into a family conversation. 4. Price point

スミニャックの大通りから道を一本入っただけなのに、本当に静かに過ごすことができます。今回はレジデンスヴィラに滞在しましたが、初バリの母もベッドルームを含め2階部分全体を独占できることに興奮しておりました。プールも大きく、壁泉から流れる水を眺めながら24時間いつでも入ることができます。私と妻は自室のプールの前のスイートルーム(1階)に滞在しましたが、ガゼボやプールのライティングが素晴らしく、いつまで眺めていても飽きません。リビングも何十畳もあって、アウトドアリビングであるにもかかわらず、虫が殆どいませんでした。妻は1回蚊にさされましたが、私はさされませんでした。そのかわりトッケー(ミニ)は部屋の中を時々チョロチョロします。このヴィラの素晴らしさは書ききれませんが、ヴィラの他にもメインプールやレストラン、スパにレストランなど、規模も程よく、他のゲストに会うことも殆どありませんでした。母も妻も私も共通していたことは、とにかく安心感です。ルームサービスも、スタッフとの会話も、日本語が通じるので、どれだけ助かったかわかりません。本当にストレスフリーでした。またどのスタッフも、笑顔が素晴らしくとてもフレンドリーでした。いつかまたバリに行った時は必ず宿泊したいです。
