Stayed in the Agave Villa. There were chickens and roosters right outside that started at 2am every single day. It was beyond inconvenient. They are all over the property along with cats. The room was very outdated and non functional. Overall please avoid staying here if at all possible. The staff was friendly and helpful but not much you can do with a place so unkept.

Terrible service. Took an hour to check in. The power was out on arrival. After power was restored, limited lighting and tv didn’t wore. Toilet installed in front of a wall. Unit had a nice balcony facing the water but you couldn’t smoke. Bummer. Stay at the Emerald Beach Resort instead…

the restaurant owner was very nice as well as all staff for Restaurant and hotel. The chef was great. The food was excellent !

The customer service is excellent. However, the rooms need updating. All lights should work and there should be handle on the dressers so that you can open the drawer. The best room is actually the worst. Its in the back and the smell is horrible like a sewage scent. The property needs maintenance.

This property was conveniently located next to the airport and the view across the bay was great. However, the hotel was dated and some of the rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave. In addition, sometimes it was difficult trying to order a taxi. The staff made up for all the shortcomings by being very attentive.

Staying at Lindbergh bay the staff was very rude and not helpful as us being tourist. The sign says they serve breakfast and specific times we can eat and when we would try to get food it’ll Always be the staff saying we couldn’t eat. LAZY! The bathroom toilet didnt flush, the wifi stopped working and no one fixed it. They never cleaned our rooms at all for this entire 5 day stay. The rooms are dirty and very itchy, we paid about 1k for a terrible experience, very disappointing. Hakeem was the only helpful worker at the hotel. Overall the island itself very nice and welcoming not this hotel

This hotel could be so much more but falls short Old tired smelly - TV didn't work - with a little bit of tlc this place could be amazing and so close to the airport - staff are great and make up for the physical short-fallings but there is only so much they can do - eliminate all of the carpet - its so bad and on the stairs you trip up all the time - someone will fall down the stairs soon and injurer themselves

The overall hotel is great. Lovely staff and awesome view. The only challenge was the walking distance from the parking lot to the villas as there's no bellman or other driving means of getting to the room. This is difficult when you have a lot of luggage. Everything else was good.

Service at the bar/restaurant was PATHETIC. Virtually ignored by staff while they focused efforts on their friend/coworker who sat at bar. Couldn’t get a drink, dinner came out cold, took way too long to get anything, including attention. Hotel was ok. Never go here!

The property is a little run down and the one dining option that is available has terrible wait service. The options are limited as well as accommodation is awful. I had to switch rooms because of several reasons to list. I would not recommend unless you mind sleeping with spiders and other bugs. Beautiful view of the water though.

The price is right and convenient for a quick overnight layover as the airport is right next door. The staff was fantastic and friendly and the grounds were absolutely clean. The poor place just needs an infusion of cash, like 30 million. The infrastructure is aged, almost out of existence. The maintenance crew is obviously doing the best they can to keep it operational, especially since a lot of damage was done by the 2017 hurricane. The place has a great setting perched up on a hill overlooking Lindburg Bay, the villas are even higher up with amazing views but limited privacy with shared sitting porches. It was a gem at one time, hopefully someone will take it in a new direction.

Great location and view from balcony, staff very helpful, good beach bar dining open from 7:30 am - 9:00 pm. Very challenging set up for anyone who needs assistance with luggage. No bell staff or even luggage carts, no elevator some buildings up hill especially villas with significant uphill climb. No bathtub mats or safety rails, very few plugs for user electronics (i had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers). TV only 4 channels with very static reception.No phone in room. Best for very fit, with limited luggage and want to walk to airport (just 10 min away). I wouldn't stay here again.

Although it’s very close to the airport, it’s quiet in the evening. Easy access to taxis. Clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping staff.

The hotel is pretty run down, not sure if they are still trying to recover from storm damage or just in need of many repairs. Overall feeling of lack of care or interest from staff, front desk and bar/dining. Front desk staff has a general disdain for Expedia guests, as if we got some incredible deal on the rooms. $255 per night for a noisy hotel, both inside and out, with uncomfortable beds and bad coffee is not a deal in my opinion.

Check in desk staff were very rude to each couple in our party of 10 people. Property needs updating. Bartender was rude on our first night stay and mediocre on the second night stay. Staff was unwilling to accommodate any requests such as 1 extra coffee pod and a late check out. Would never stay at this property again

Missing lightbulb, cracked toilet seat, if you can live with this it’s a good little Hotel. Beautiful views, good restaurant on site and 5 minute walk to the airport. No need for a taxi. Old and needs updating. We will stay there again, it’s good enough.

Overlooked water. Somewhat dated, tv remote did not work, no ice bucket in room and only one coffee packet provided. It walkable to airport, restaurant was decent and convenient!

They allowed an early arrival which was great. Beds were comfortable. Limited and patchy WiFi. Restaurant on site was less than desirable. Dinner took 1.5 hours to arrive. They say open for lunch but cook was on break. Pool did not look inviting. If you have a car or willing to walk the beach looked nice

Beautiful view and walking distance from airport. Got a good deal but booked ahead of time. Rooms were very clean. There is hot water you just have to wait a little bit. Theres also an adorable calico kitty I called Clover that hangs out around the dining area. Only reasons I didnt give 5 stars was cause plumbing wasnt working for a day and there wasnt any plastic bottle recycling.

I had a great time here. The staff was amazing, and the view from my room was unbelievable. The property is dated, but the whole area has had so much hurricane damage that it is hard to hold this against one hotel. Very close to the airport so you can just walk. The bar was great, but they are not open all day. Only for breakfast and then 4pm on. Likely, it isn’t busy enough to be open all day. The food was good and the drinks were spot on. It is a ways out from everything though like all of the other areas so plan on tours, taxis, or renting your own car. My room was very clean, and it appears they even wash the blankets between guests. For those who have found bugs…. This is a tropical area, and they are coming from outside. The bldgs are concrete so not likely living inside. Make sure the doors and bathroom windows are closed tight. I didn’t see any anywhere, and I was always looking cause they gross me out.

We had a balcony with a beautiful view but couldn’t open the sliding glass door. Hot water in shower was NOT. The handle would only turn part way. Very hot water in sink. The food for dinner at cafe was excellent

After reading reviews from this property I was afraid to book but everything was better than expected. Airport is walking distance, attention from staff was amazing and the views from the room are just beautiful. Next time I visit St Thomas I’m definitely choosing to stay in this property again!
