기대 하지 말기 호텔이 아닌 모텔 수준
호텔이 아니라 모텔, 캐리어 옮기기 어려움, 객실에는 냉장고, 커피포트 등 아무 것도 없음. 조식도 다양하지 않고, 특히 호수 비치와 아무런 연관성 없음.

We would have preferred your experience to have more fun, but your feedback and impressions are very important to us as they help us to improve our service every day. Please accept our best regards. P.S.We would prefer to have breakfast advice from you. What would you like to add to the existing on our buffet. Our breakfast: three types of granola and corn, milk, natural and fruit yogurts, boiled eggs, butter, meat dish with 5 types of meat delicacies, salmon dish, dishes with various cheeses, hummus, tomatoes, soft cheese, various jams, tea of 10 flavors, coffee, milk-hot, hot white, black chocolate, cocoa, juices, pastries and 2-3 types of bread.

B&B이니만큼 정규 체크인 시간이 아닐 때 직원이 상주하지 않는 것은 이해할 수 있지만, 숙박업 특성상 고객이 체크인 시간보다 늦을 가능성은 얼마든지 있는 것이 상식인데, 데스크에 핸드폰 비상 연락망을 적어놓기만 하고 전화를 받지도 않았습니다. 그렇게 밖에서 1시간을 기다려도 연락이 안되서 하는 수 없이 다른 호텔로 옮긴 후 다시 연락을 하자 그때서야 연락이 되었는데, 환불을 해줄 수가 없다고 합니다. 방에 들어가보지도 못하고 20만원을 날렸습니다.

Misleading on distance to hotel from train /bus station. They said a 10 minute walk but had to take a taxi that cost $30.00 one way. It was a couple miles away. Spent over $100. on taxi service while there. Hotel was more of a hunting lodge with no less than 15 stuffed animals and birds in the lobby and dining area. Very nice carpentry work throughout. Nice views.

Hôtel très décevant et ne correspondant pas à la description sur le site: il est noté hôtel restaurant mais pas de restaurant ni de bar; nous sommes accueilli par le propriétaire qui ne parle pas Français comme cela est indiqué et il faut arriver avant 17h sinon aucune possibilité de récupérer la clé. Aucun personnel n'est présent hormis le propriétaire; c'est lui qui prépare le petit déjeuner qui est plutôt moyen avec un mauvais café. L'établissement comprend 3 niveaux mais compte tenu des décrochés il n'y a pas d'ascenseur!! La chambre n'était pas à la hauteur du prix, seul point positif la vue sur le lac. Produits de salle de de bains minimum( petits savons) et il a fallu réclamer du papier toilette. Pas de réfrigérateur pas de boisson offerte. La connexion internet est ce mauvaise qualité et saute souvent( trop de connexions?) La propreté générale laisse à désirer: nombreuses feuilles au sol, herbe poussant à travers les dalles, parasols déchirés.

Etwas alt, aber charmant. Mindestens die Bar fehlt
DAs Hotel ist in die ahre gekommen, hätte aber Charme. Was wir wirklcih vermisst haben ist zumindest die Bar, die in der Ausschreibung drin ist, aber nicht in Betrieb, wie auch das Reataurant, was man eher noch verkraften kann. Bei dem schönen (kleinen) Balkon wäre es noch schön, wenn man einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hätte oder Eis bestellen könnte, um dort bei einem Drink die Aussicht zu geniessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Chef, Sergey, der auch bediente, sehr freundlich.

Wenn Sie Kaffee bestellen, servieren wir Ihnen Kaffee – es ist kein Filterkaffee, sondern eine Maschine. Wenn Sie Espresso, Cappuccino, Milchkaffee wünschen, servieren wir Ihnen dies gerne. Sie müssen lediglich eine Bestellung aufgeben. Wir haben die Verfügbarkeit eines Aufzugs nicht angegeben. Wir haben Sie beim Check-in gefragt, ob das Zimmer zu Ihnen passen würde oder ob das Treppensteigen schwierig wäre. Sie sagten, alles sei in Ordnung. Thanks for your feedback. We will use your wishes in the reconstruction of the hotel, which will be at the end of the year. Regarding towels. In 3 star hotels they do not change towels, every day, you were only two nights in the hotel. You made a request for a replacement and the maid changed those towels that were on the floor and wet. If you want to change the towels, they must be thrown on the bathroom floor.

Very old bed sheets, poor breakfast, rooms are dirty , only one person he was doing every thing , i mean first he was serving for breakfast and later he does the rooms arranging , and the same person he was at the réception and he was rude ☹️,, not arranging the beds, not cleaning the room and toilet and not re filling the toiletries

Fine, old hotel - good location
Nice little hotel, old and with a bit too many stuffed, dead animals on the walls where you eat (yes I know it’s a hunting theme hotel, but still) Owner is a quiet, calm guy - do not own service mind at all, but a fine man, he does the job, and prepare a good simple breakfast, with good ingredients, lovely cheese and bread! The hotel has a good location with a swimming spot just outside at the lake, and relatively good locations, for driving to Interlaken and Grindelwald (where we went for hikes)

Property is is definitely not a three star property as advertised. There are a number of facilities listed here but are not there. For e.g. there is no room service, no laundry service, the restaurant only serves breakfast, no hot water in the evening, room heater didn’t work in our room, you have to ask for the basic things and it depends upon the owner/manager to decide whether to provide or not. I booked this place thinking I would have a relaxed 3 days with family but was very disappointed to be honest. Then I looked at some of the google reviews of the property and noticed I wasn’t alone. Definitely not the price they charge you for. The property is nice and on the bank of a beautiful lake so that was the only positive.

The property is located in a beautiful place with easy access to the lake and has ample parking. However, the room was dusty and there were hairs on the bathroom wall. The room was spacious but very old fashioned and needed some TLC. The stuffed dead animals in the main area weren’t to my liking though!

Good & serene view from room. Good sit down breakfast for guests. Facility a bit run down; no cleaning service like a motel, and bathroom small & moldy, not clean.

It was a last min booking because our Airbnb reservation got canceled. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location is spot on and the property is antique gem with modern amenities. We felt privileged to stay in such an amazing hotel with so much history. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The view around this hotel is very good. However, due to its remote location, transportation is not good. There are no restaurants or other places to eat. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am, so if you go sightseeing early, you can't use it at all. Also, there are hardly any staff at the hotel reception, so you cannot enter the hotel before 3pm.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar am See. Da es bereits Herbst war, hatte es nicht viel Gäste, also sehr ruhig. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und wir mussten zu Fuss Nachtessen gehen, nicht weit. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Für uns war es super, obwohl das Hotel schon etwas älter ist.

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op het meer. Kamers zijn prima en hotel ligt dichtbij Interlaken en Thun. Aardige eigenaar en prima verzorgd. Verbleven voor de Jungfrau marathon. Afstand tot Interlaken is 10 minuten met de auto

The only good thing was the location.. everything else wasn’t great. Not clean at all, I had to use one of my clothes to cover my pillow, what I paid shouldn’t be for that. Breakfast was okay! He also charged me for the tax even tho I paid for the whole package. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
