Upon arrival staff was welcoming and professional, however the room assigned, (2 queens non suite), wasn't the room we paid for, so back to the front desk we trudged, at the desk we were informed that this was a third party booking thru Expedia and that this was all that was available, unacceptable, requested refund and guess what a king bed suddenly became available however we paid for a king suite, disappointed no refund of overage mentioned or provided as of yet will enquire once settled at home.
Lesson learned book directly with hotel. No other issues to mention.
