I booked a room for a guest. When guest arrived at hotel, he was informed that no booking was done. Then after showing booking details he waited for ~30mins, as it was informed that confirmation from Expedia has not come yet. The room which was allotted after long wait was in very bad condition, smelling and untidy. Again after complaint room was changed.
At the time of check out, guest was asked to pay the money though payment was already done to Expedia. He paid the money and left. I went back to hotel to collect the money. Though money was returned, it was abad experience.
