Hi Falesia, You requested a late check in, to which l advised on the phone l require an email from you with your drivers licence and c/card, & the Security deposit to be paid, BEFORE l can text you the after hours check in process. The c/card was declined, l called back and advised it was declined, l also reminded you that l needed this to be done no later than 7pm, as Reception closes. You resent the exact same email with cc at 6.45pm, l then advised you by phone it's the same declined cc. You were scrambling to find me another card to give me at that point. I waited until close. You did not action this straight away and as I did not hear back from you at all, l emailed you that we are now closing and your booking will not be honored. The next morning, l saw your email, you sent it 8.09pm. 1hr 9 minutes past close. There is nothing l can do about this. Your booking is forfeited and NO refund will be given.

Thank you for your review Lorraine. Sorry to hear the traffic was a bother for you. I will note in your file that a quieter room would be preferred in future. We do have a Family room available on the other side (rear of Motel) but no spa in that room.

Thank you for your great rating Donna, so appreciate it.The restaurants are only a 20 minute walk away via the service road, but only a 5 minute drive. Uber Eats as well as other food delivery services are also available for your convenience.

Unfortunately, since COVID, we ceased offering continental breakfasts, as it was no longer viable for us to stock supplies on such very low demand. Hence why all rooms have all the amenities like toaster, kettle, fridge etc to do yourselves.

Your review doesn't deserve a response, as it's so far fetched, but l'm going to anyway. When you left, your room was left unlocked which is a security issue. The WIFI disc and smoke detector were covered by plastic bags, which is an offence, and carries fines. If there is a fire in the room, you would not know because you covered it up. There were black marks on the ceiling from the nicotine on your fingers when you were covering it. The room was so smoked out, we had to leave the air con and fan going all day to air out the room. When you sign in, you accept all responsibility for this and accept the terms and conditions. You booked a standard room (2 people) but turned up with your children. As we were fully booked out, we advised you that you could use the sofabed in there but you would be charged for the extra 2 people ($25 per person), and you willingly paid it. There are no spirits in this Motel or rooms as you state, and we do not appreciate your partner calling numerous times abusing, and making threats on us if we don't come good on a refund. He was harassing staff multiple times throughout the day and constantly making threats on our lives. This matter has been reported to the Police. All photos of the room were taken as proof and sent to your personal email address provided. Quite frankly Kimberley - it appears it is you and your boyfriend are on something. Happy to not ever have you back.

Hi John, Sorry if the road noise bothered you. As far as the charging for the car, you only have to ask for an extension cord and you can charge your car from a power point in your room. None of the Motels in this area will specifically cater for EV vehicles. But pls ask if you stay again, only too happy to help where we can :)
