The room was very clean and updated. The hallways were in need of being updated-the carpeting in the hall was dirty and smelled moldy. The pool was clean, as was the gym area. However, upon checking in, the woman at the front desk was not friendly, and seemingly annoyed that I was there. Check out was fine.

The suite itself was clean but the bathroom wasn’t touched- there were hairs, presumably pubic, on the bathroom floor and a bathing suit left in the shower. So also assuming the shower wasn’t cleaned if the persons before us bathing suit was left there.

Great location, room was clean. Lots of fun things to do, with a pool table and a game room. (I don't remember if there's a swimming pool.) No restaurant or food option on site.

Great place to stay
This is our favorite place to stay. We stay here every time we go up north. Never to busy, we usually have the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The front desk people are the friendliest.

i did not like the room’s smell at all. you should remove/replace old wood to have better smell i think. The lady who checked in us was a little bit rude.

There are 2 issues that we were not happy with. First, the suite we were in (109) had ROKU television. There is no regular tv, only netflix etc. With the world imploding we wanted to watch world news which there was none available. Secondly, the towels are wimpy and do not dry the body after a shower. In the future, I will request a room without ROKU. Since we stay 4 times each year, I am hopeful our request will be met.

The room had a very musty smell and the refrigerator in the room also had a bad odor. The floor around the refrigerator had dirt and debris that was stuck to the flooring and it looked as if the area around the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a while. We left the window open trying to air it out and it helped somewhat. The furnishings and carpets in the room were very outdated and probably contributed to the musty smell. The staff was friendly but my husband and I agreed that we would not return due to the condition of the room.

This was an older property, but reasonable for the price. The grounds were in good shape with a fire pit and sitting area, however it was too cold to sit outside. The room was spacious but needed an updating.

Location was great. We wanted to drive the Kankamagnus Highway and we planned to stay in North Conway after seeing fall colors on the Kank. Location was great. Restaurants were good and nearby.

The location was excellent. Hotel was nice, amenities great. However, the bed was horrible, felt like I sunked into a hole, and I had a hard time getting off the bed for that reason. Definitely not good for the spine.

The lady at check in wasn't pleasant at all, made it known we were an inconvenience. I booked the room 3m ago requesting a 1st floor room for my 85 yr old mother in law was informed no 1st floor rooms are avaliable. Really...you literally had 3m notice. Stair way in narrow and a bit steep. Hotel is very outdated and a lil musky smelling. When we checked in at 5pm there was a hamper of dirty laundry in the hall and upon our check out the next morning it was still there.

Quiet & convenient location-would stay again!
Pleasantly surprised by this great place hidden off the main road. Was able to walk to dinner both nights & altho the place was full , it was quiet. Wished i had brought a bathing suit for the indoor hot tub & pool. Game room with pool table a nice addition. Place was clean & front desk personable

Eastern Inn & Suites is set back from the busy center of North Conway, making the property grassy and spacious despite being in a congested area. The staff are friendly and efficient. The pool and hot tub were inviting -- we were just too tired to try them. The rooms are large with a great space for socializing. We were two couples, hanging out after riding the Conway Scenic Railroad together. The Big Con is serious: there's a step down from the bedroom into the living room and bathroom. The owners should move the sofa and easy chairs to the upper level so that the beds are on the same level as the bathroom. Other than that, it was a good stay. The staff recommended The Sunrise Shack for breakfast which was terrific.

Very nice Inn
The staff was friendly and check-in went well. The room was spotless as well as the pool and hot tub area. There is a "game" room with pool table and fun games as well as an arcade for the kids. The fire pit table outside was a bonus as well as the coffee in the front lobby.
