The pool was clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were not impressed by the dirty carpets. A lot of the interior was very old and rusted but still functional. The pillows could definitely be replaced. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facility was clean and convenient.

The hotel was very convenient and service was great. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Hailee Willis and others went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were very satisfied with the breakfast options as well. It is an older facility so you can see some wear and tear, however everything was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again when in Hot Springs.

The staff was great, the hot breakfast was good, but the coffee was basically hot watered down tea. The curtains in the bedroom let way too much light in because they are clearly worn through.

Reserved a king suite and got a regular king room. Let the front staff know we paid for a suite and they said they couldn’t swap us bc they didn’t have any left open. Rooms are not very clean. The elevator was not working properly. We usually always stay at La Quinta properties but I won’t stay at this location again.

Room was okay but not very clean. Floor was sticky and didn’t really have the energy to deal with front desk as the woman behind desk was ready to be off work apparently. Went back downstairs and a new clerk was working and he was more interested in playing his video games. Stayed the whole night and woke up to take a shower and the shower knob was broken. I do not recommend this hotel.

TV didn’t work, but at least they gave us a credit. Room was supposed to have a jetted tub, but did not. Thin walls and floors allowed sound to travel easily including a couple fighting that woke us up. Way over priced for a dated facility.

King suite... King bed was comfortable but pull out was terrible even for a child. But other than that the facility was very good for the price!

Check in was fast. We didn't have any issues. The rooms were clean when we arrived but I don't think they swept or vacuumed again until after we checked out. They did give fresh towels and remade the bed, not sure if they were fresh sheets. The breakfast was okay. I don't think the free coffee was fresh during the day, only in the mornings. The little store area only has food/ snack options, no ibuprofen or toiletries. But there's a Dollar Tree directly across the street. The parking is tight and it seems patrons of the restaurant in front of this hotel park any and everywhere. This is a pet friendly hotel, so if you don't like dogs, beware. We only met sweet pups though. The walls and ceilings are a little thin so you can hear what's going on but it's not unbearable. The water pressure was great for us and the water got very warm, no issues there. The bed was okay.

Not a true handicap room. Toilet is standard height and a climb in tub shower is too dangerous to attempt. this room needs to be upgraded, Also the room was a long distance from the elevator requiring a difficult walk for handicapped customers. Handicap rooms need to be near the elevator and preferably on the ground floor. During a fire most handicapped customers cannot not use a stairway.

I am most concerned with the carpet which is extremely old and rippling. The window has a crack in it. The curtains were broken. It doesn’t look like it has been updated since it was built.

Where to stary
They sent us to an occupied room which was alarming and awkward. Thank god they were not in the room. There were dogs barking like crazy which was annoying and there was a bag of drugs in the pillow case as if the pillow cases were not changed which was very concerning as we don't do drugs. Employees park there non electric vehicles in the car charging spots and there is a homeless man living behind there dumpster. We spend $120 per night to stay here. Couldn't imagine what a lesser cost room looks like in this town. Keepin it classy hot springs
