Be careful what you wish for
You get what you pay for 14€. There was a loud construction going on. For one day no water in 2nd floor, staff really did not care. There is a lot of ants everywhere. Overall no hello, thank you or sorry from staff. Plus side it has a pool, rooms are large and the place is just next to the beach.

: Nähe zum Strand -: Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen in keinster Weise dem jetzigen Aussehen der Anlage. Fast alle Pflanzen und Ziersteine an der Poolanlage und im Eingangsbereich sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Poolbereich ungepflegt, Ränder oberhalb des Wassers sehr verschmutzt. Es waren 3 Sonnenliegen aus Holz in schlechtem Zustand vorhanden, bei denen das Holz teilweise sehr verwittert war. Zimmertür sowie das Fenster unseres Zimmers waren verzogen und schlossen nicht richtig.Terassenmöbel teilweise defekt. In der Lobby und im Frühstücks-bzw. Aufenthaltsraum sah man nur kahle Wände und ein paar Tische mit Stühlen. Die auf der Internetseite aufgeführten kostenlosenToilettenartikel waren nicht voranden, nicht mal eine Seife.Duschen durfte man mit kaltem Wasser. Auf der Interneteite wird die Unterkunft mit 3 Sternen angegeben! Der Zustand des Hotels lässt leider zu wünschen übrig und es ist sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig. In den Zimmern teilweise Schimmel, Dreck, Rost und vergilbter Kalk.Das angebotene Frühstück war basic.Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Nacht umgezogen. Wir waren schon 2013 und 2018 in dieser Unterkunft und können den Verfall nicht nachvollziehen. Auch für wenig Geld ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen.

I knew this was going to be a bad experience when my driver pulled up to the villa and said “I think you should stay somewhere else” after seeing how rundown it was. The villa and the room are run down and dirty. My room was filled with mosquitoes as there were large gaps from doorframe and door (I tried to block with a towel but they were too big). The air con didn’t work properly and was so loud I needed earplugs. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom (that was not cleaned properly). Also don’t bother paying extra for breakfast because they don’t serve it.

Nice stay, close to the beach
Overall the place was good looking and it's close the famous Jimbaran beach. The room itself it's not great (especially the bathroom), however for the price paid it's a good price/value.

Stayed at another 2 different hotels throughout holiday as the bathroom was extremely dirty, hair in sink, mould in shower, toilet leaked. Room did not look anything like the pictures advertised. 1 egg or 1 pancake for breakfast along with toast and watermelon. A cat was found in the wardrobe also. Beds were very comfortable.

great value hotel
This is an older property with a good hot breakfast and a small pool. not wifi in the rooms. Well run, friendly and helpful staff. I used the airport pickup and was pleased with that. Definitely not a high end luxury accommodation but nothing to be hesitant about booking it again. Guests were international tourists and the beach restaurants were within easy walking distance.

Grei pris. Hyggelig betjening. Fint basseng og koselig uteområde. Stort rom med en liten privat bakgård med fiskedam og skilpadder. Stedet ser gammelt og slitt ut. Frokost er veldig enkel. Belighent er litt i ingemanns land om man ikke klarer seg med Jambran Beach og maten man får der.

一週間ほど泊まりました。 ジンバランビーチまで徒歩数分です。 Jl.Raya Uluwatu（近くの大通り）まで出れば、すぐローカルレストランやコンビニがあるので不自由はしません。 移動も、その大通りまで出れば容易にブールーバードタクシーを拾うことができます。似た青色のタクシーが多数いますのでお気をつけください。空港まで65000ルピアほど。ホテルに頼めば100000ルピアです。 一階に泊まったのですが、風の通りはありません。しかし部屋が広いせいか意外と涼しかったです。 朝食は目玉焼きやポーチドエッグ、バナナパンケーキなどから選べます。 プールも毎日管理されているので、きれいな水で、何度か泳ぎました。 部屋にWifiが届かないのが残念なところです。ロビーに行けば自由に繋がります。頼めばフロントのPCも使わせてくれます。 スタッフは人間味のある親切な人たちです。

Pour y avoir séjourné quelques jours en 2015, je connaissais l'hôtel qui ne s'est pas amélioré... Mais pour moins de 20 euros, que peut-on demander? I l y a tout de même un jolie piscine dans le patio et la possibilité d'aller, à pieds , manger le soir sur le sable chez un des 7 "warrungs" qui se trouvent à moins de 200m...Avec le coucher de soleil en prime! Preuve que l'endroit est pas mal, de nombreux autocars y déversent les touristes tous les soirs...Mais rassurez-vous, tout ce monde est reparti dès 19h car on les fait rentrer tôt dans leurs hôtels...on dine alors tranquilles pour des prix dérisoires ( 120.000 Roupies le kilo de barracuda qu'on vous sert cuisiné avec riz pommes de terre, sauces...)

空港から近く便利なホテル。ジンバランビーチまで徒歩5分。近くに市場があり、地元の人の市場なので、ぼったくりされません。しかし、設備が悪く、バスルームの一部は屋根がありません。シャワーが弱くシャンプーするのに苦労しました。

海は近いがゴミだらけ…
ホテルの方はとても真摯な方でした。 1Fにレストランもあり、外のレストランが全くやっていなかったので助かりました。 部屋は清潔に掃除をされていました。エアコンのリモコン操作に反応しなくて温度調整に苦慮しました。 海まで徒歩1分というロケーションは最高なのですが、海辺はゴミだらけで目を覆いたくなるものでした。 海が目当てで泊まったので全く残念でした。

Great little place, very accommodating.
We had a long layover in Bali on our way to Singapore, so we actually only had the day to spend here. Rather than having to wait to check in until 2pm, seeing that we had only a few hours, the hotel lady managed to get us a room right away, so we could rest up, wash and use their great little courtyard pool right away.

Der Zustand des Hotels lässt leider zu wünschen übrig und es ist sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Aussenanlage ist ganz schick. In den Zimmern - Schimmel, Dreck, Rost und vergilbter Kalk überall. Das Frühstück ist leider ebenfalls sehr mager. Es kann täglich aus 3 "Gerichten" gewählt werden. Bei einem Aufenthalt von längerer Zeit, hat man doch den Wunsch mal keinen Toast oder Pfannkuchen aus der Tüte zu essen. Ausserdem kostet alles extra und es wird eine Strichliste pro Gast geführt. Ein zweiter Kaffee oder ein extra Ei am Tag kosten extra (ca. 70 Cent).

Die Foto´s,die man zu sehen bekommt,mögen bestimmt 20 Jahre alt sein,der Zahn der Zeit nagte ordendlich.Ich hatte zwar einen grossen Wohnbereich,leider ohne Aircon,deshalb kaum nutzbar.Im Schlafzimmer gab´s Aircon.Ich hatte auch ein grosses Bad,allerdings starrten die Amaturen vor Kalk,Seifenresten und Rost.Das Zimmer selbst wurde jeden Tag gut saubergemacht.Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück,ist aber Ok als Start in den Tag,man kann im Haus auch für wenig Geld etwa Essen.Der winzige Innenhof wird vom Pool dominiert,auch wenn der auch nur klein ist,ich bin Morgens immer an den wunderschönen Strand von Jimbaran,für ein paar Euro konnte man tolle Liegen mit riesem Sonnenschirm mieten.Wer gern Fisch mag:Der Fischmarkt ist nur ca.10 Minuten Fussweg,den dort gekauften Fisch kann man sich gleich vor Ort superlecker und günstig Grillen lassen.Falls es mich noch mal nach Bali verschlägt,gerne wieder diese Ecke,perfekt,um mal abzuhängen,aber ich würde wohl ein bischen mehr Geld fürs Hotel ausgeben.

コスパ抜群の宿
コスパがとても良い！ 部屋は広く快適で清潔。毎日のベッドメーキングもきっちりしてくれる。朝食もこの値段のホテルにしてはしっかりしたもの。 ビーチまで近く、ゆったりする旅には最高。 スタッフも優しかった。 プールが工事中で使えなかったのが残念だが全体的にはかなりよかった。

Когда то это было весьма приличное место. Маленький, но уютный и пейзажный внутренний дворик, кованые перила. Но какте же все пожившее! Перила заржавели,торчит паралон из матрасов лежаков возле бассейна. В самом бассейне плитка отколота. Уж её-то заменить- не разорились бы! И, что самое плохое- постельное бельё грязно- жёлтого цвета и ,пардон, кровавые сопли на кафеле в ванной.

Nous avons pris une chambre dans cet hotel uniquement pour attente de notre vol retour prévu à minuit. Direction et Personnel très accueillants, très grand service pour assistance. Situé dans une petite rue calme, à 5 mn de la plage de Jimbaran et de ses fameux restaurants de poissons. Petite piscine dans cour intérieure.La chambre climatisée était propre,literie moyenne. Seul bémol la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement mais pour 23 € pdj inclus, c'est une excellente étape pour petit budget

Lush Balinese style resort with beach access
We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon and would definitely come back. We would recommend this place highly for romantics. Caveat: It depends on what is important to you. I will detail below. On the plus side is Jimbaran bay beach access, coupled with it's lush and well established gardens. Walking through the garden fees like trekking through the jungle with its canopy of frangipani trees and a thriving and lush garden. The resort is aging at 25 years, but it has a romantic charm of Balinese style architecture. The overall effect made it easy for us to overlook the minor things. The aging feel was more from outdoor furniture and things like crockery. We saw many chipped plates, encountered a few broken lounge recliners and 1 broken umbrella during our short stay. The beach facing recliner cushions could be washed better as some of them had light mold buildup. The pool area is a gorgeous organic kidney shaped design with lava stone tiles. It is a little small to service the size of the hotel I think and the lounges by the pool get busy soon after breakfast for the whole day. The dark lava tiles soak up the heat so the water is a little warmer in the afternoon than I expect to feel fresh from a swim. The wet bar could be staffed better, better cocktails and some music. Older staff seem jaded and younger staff enthusiastic but could be better trained. The internet service is poky during peak periods and not useable for work.

Leider hat das Hotel bedbugs.
Wir sind im Villa puriroyan mit einer Verspätung von drei Tagen angekommen, da unser Flug aufgrund der Vulkanausbrüche gestrichen wurde. Das Hotel zeigte sich in kleinster Weise kooperativ. Hat uns die Kosten für das Zimmer nicht erstattet und noch nichtmal Frühstück zubereitet an unserem anreisetag.

De loin le moins bon hôtel ou guesthouse que nous ayons eu à Bali. L'hôtel nécessiterait un grand coup de nettoyage et de remise à neuf. La chambre et la sdb ne sentaient pas bon (odeur de produit d'urinoir!!). Seul avantage de cet établissement est sa situation à moins de 100m de la plage et des nombreux restaurants de poissons et fruits de mer.

Joli hôtel personnel très sympa et serviable, la compagnie ethiad à perdu nos baggages et le personnel à passe du temps à essayer de les appeler alors que personne ne répondait. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, in 3 Gehminuten ist man am sauberen Strand. Der Innenhof am Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider war das WiFi in der Lobby sehr schlecht. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
