Really nice staff and quick to respond even in off season. Cabin is large and clean, high ceilings makes it feel even bigger. There is plenty of cooking supplies and a awesome place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The showers are amazing, beds are comfy, and the staff are so nice and accomodating. This was exactly what I was looking for for a winter get away. The beach walk is stunning, along with all the beauty that is to be found around beautiful Ingonish. There is a great bakery down the road called Happiness is Homemade, the Freshmart down the road has everything you need, and Doucettes Market has an amazing little cafe inside with great food of you dont want to cook. We'll definitely be back again!

We visited early November. Only a convenience store for groceries(limited) and one food (pizza) and one gas station (limited hours) so make sure you bring snacks and supper items if you want to cook.

Solid comfortable cottages and a very easy check-in. There was coffee but no tea and when asked for was not offered. Also the wine glasses were ridiculously small, about two ounce capacity. For the price asked I think they could offer tea as well as coffee and provide a normal sized wine glass.

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin which had a ton of room. Nice to have two twin beds in one. Lots of room to spread our inside and out. The deck was enormous and had a nice amount of seating. Within 10 minutes of grocery, food and golf. Super quiet location. Check in and out was a breeze.

The unit was nice, pretty basic but comfortable. The cleaning staff were a tad noisy in the morning banging and dragging furniture it sounded like when in the laundry room which was located beside unit 4.

Great chalet for our quick stay for the Cabot trail. Had everything we needed including water kettle, microwave, stove, coffee maker. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent.second stay at this location. Was there 25 years ago and the chalet are still well maintained. Wonderful area. Cape Breton beautiful.

Overall it was decent enough for a one night stay. Because of all the wood and darker coloured furniture and bedding it made the rooms seem dark and dingy, even during daylight hours. Upon a later check-in, could still smell whatever the previous guest had been cooking, which leads me to believe the chalet was not thoroughly wiped down or mopped through with any disinfectant or deodorizing cleanser. Never used the bbq provided on the front porch but noticed it had never been wiped down or cleaned in some time. Email communication was great and no in-person check-in was a breeze. Ingonish Beach is stunning! Enjoyed our first visit to the Cape.

don't miss the beach across the street
Included with this property is beach access that is across the street. It is about a quarter mile through the trees, next to a brook. The path opens to a long pebble beach. Don't miss it.
