Sorry but you are asking for amenities & services of a 4 star hotel but paying the price of an humble B&B. All amenities are very well listed in Expedia so customer knows what he is paying for & we are following the standards of City Tourism office & DOT. If you are afraid to take a local tricycle or if taxi is not available on short notice then you should rent a car or book our van per hour. Indeed we are not a restaurant but a resto-bar. Again if you want a professional chief cook & waiter, you should take a room in a 4 star hotel. The receptionist is multi-task and there is always somebody in the main building or at the resto-bar: is it so difficult for you to walk 50 meters? About our location, it is well documented in Expedia & Google maps so again take time to look where you are planning to stay before booking a room. Sorry if Balay Tuko cannot meet your expectations.

Thank you for your review. Our location is well documented on google maps and on this website. Now with the new concrete road, it is very easy to get a tricycle or to walk up to the shopping mall only 2 kilometres away. Indeed we have an emergency back-up generator to supply the lights & ceiling fans during power outage.

Indeed we are not allowing our guests to cook, bring and eat in the sleeping rooms to avoid attracting cockroaches and ants. We have a bar & restaurant to serve breakfast, short orders and cold drinks and wine. For litter: yes everything costs money so if you order fast food from outside then do not expect us to collect your waste for free.

Thank you for your nice review. About Wifi: we have two providers Globe and PLDT. both by broadband. The Modems are located at the end of each wing. Now about speed and signal: nothing we can do about it. Philippines have the worst internet service in Asia.
