Too loud & uncontrollable
Unbelievably loud in the bungalows from the beach parties everyday until 2am. Sand in the shower upon arrival. Bed sheets did not fit bed and very uncomfortable

Staff are extremely hostile, rude and just want your money. Shower and water smells of rotten egg...absolutely disgusting. Very expensive for what it is. Worst place I have ever stayed. Could say alot more! Don't stay here.

No coffee or tea provided in this bangalow stay. Kettle not available for your convenience. Instead need to walk to supermart to getboil water! Not a good stay!

The staff were decent but the bungalow was disgusting. The walls had water damage that they were completely warped out of place. The door did not fit in the frame - assuming it is water damaged as well and there was a crack that cockroaches could get in to. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were dirty. There was mosquitos and no bug nets. It is right beside the beach which is nice but the partying is so loud that we didn’t get any sleep, our bungalow was literally shaking. Overall would NOT recommend, eoujd hagr rather slept on the beach- it would have been a lot cleaner and comfier.

Run AWAY!!!!
Avoid avoid avoid. Worst hotel in 30 years of travel. What a dump what a rip off. It is right there in party central a drug and booze party on the beach every night until 4 am with the huge bass speakers next to your bungalow. The place is full of bugs and dirty is an understatement. I box on the beach would be cleaner (unless you like rats and roaches and mosquitos) Check into a bungalow pre paid the bunglow door did not seal I mean a huge gap full of spiders and mosquitos) to get a bungalow with a door and windows that worked they charged me double! had to dish out the cash although I prepaid. Not nice people either. Lasted one day in this hell and got out even though I paid already and wasted 2 nights. Would have paid even more to get out of this living hell. Hotels.com please take them off your list! you are too good for this. Thai authority close this place unsafe and not fit for humans/

Litterally a box!
The room was waay to small for a couple, I couldn’t even move around and place my suitcase. The walls were literally paper. For the price I paid is not worth it. Never again...Also no hot water!

I did not get a room.. When I arrived I was told there was no reservation and the hotel is full. Showing them the confirmation email from hotels.com did not help. I did not receive any kind of help from the reception to deal with the situation, I had to go and look for another place by myself without any help from them.

Neglected place close to the load beach area.
We booked a beach bungalow for 3-night stay. We were really disappointed with the entire property. The place is nothing like what you see on the pictures. Its very old messy and neglected. Few meters from a night pub beach area with laud music til 2am which is not stated in the location description. Also there is nothing mentioned about not having hot watter in the bungalow. We didnt like our stay there at all and left one night earlier.

Not the best stay
Well the rooms were horibel. Full of mosquitos and aints. U have to be fall down plastard to sleep cause your behind the slinky bar that dont stop blasting tunes till 2am but is your there for the party life witch most ppl r then this is the place for u. Right on the beach and a 7/11 right out front.

Die Bilder stimmen absolut nicht mit der Realität!!! Meersicht gibt es nicht mehr, da eine mega Party-Bar davor gebaut wurde. Jede Nacht Krach, wir konnten nicht schlafen!!! Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Jedoch ist es unvorstellbar laut. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel und diese Gegend niemandem, ausser man will selber immer Party machen. Nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht sind wir weiter in den Süden der Insel gezogen.

LOUD
This place is LOUD. Our bungalow was average, traditional style and clean enough but nothing can prepare you for the techno that pulses through your walls until 2am every night! Unfortunatly we wouldn't recommend this place if you plan on getting any rest.

wouldn't stay again but ok if you're on a budget
I stayed here for 3 nights. Location is excellent (the music from the club next door is loud until 2am but it didn't bother us). Staff were friendly, free bottled water. Air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was the only really negative thing. It definitely felt more like a camping experience than a hotel experience. Water was smelly (and no hot water), I felt very unclean whenever I was in there. If you aren't grossed out by that sort of thing and you are on a budget it's fine. I definitely would spend a little more next time for something nicer.

Laut, mini Zimmer (Bungalow), Zerbrochene Fliesen, überall Moskitos. Kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Zudem ist direkt am Strand jeden Abend eine Party die sehr laute Musik spielt. Schlafen nicht möglich.

适合喜欢的闹夜生活，不怕吵，喜欢海边的人居住。
我就说优点就好 1.在海滩的旁边，走路一分钟可到达 2.我选择的是空调房，这岛上一定价格以下的房间是风扇房，我觉得如果，预算不是太大问题的话，还是选空调房吧！毕竟我是冬天去的，白天房间内还是很热的，除非你白天都不会待在房间内 3.整体的风格很有度假的感觉，就是一个小木屋，所以也不要太要求 4.不用爬山，热闹大街走着走着，弯进来就到了，我觉得地点很好，买东西吃东西都很方便，累了随时可以回房间休息 5.晚上想去体验外国人疯狂的party，非常得近。相对于住其他地方，需要走过黑暗的街道，，因为街道上的店家多数十点钟就打洋了，所以就觉得街道变得非常的黑暗，如果没有经营夜生活的店家，基本上都是没有营业的。 6.适合年轻人，不太适合，追求宁静，享受的人群来居住，

If you wanna be close to the beach and parties but not stay in a dorm, its the perfect place. But if you feel like you are 30+ you want close to beach but little far from non stop music not the right place. Music goes on and on from 8pm to 2.30am so its obligatory to party as you cant sleep :) No warm water to shower. Typical Thai service, they dont understand a bit of English

Great staff, perfect for party people!
Me and my friend stayed at one of the bungalows with air-con. The bungalow in it self is a little small, so very little space for bags. This hotel is perfect if you're in Thailand for partying. The clubs at are just outside your door, which also makes it noisy untill 2am. The service here is great, and the person that worked night when we stayed here was the best, he helped us with everything. Also helped us with getting our bags down to the pier, as we we're there in the middle of a mansoon. Would recommend to party people, not families or people who are looking for a quiet place.

It is impossible to sleep because of the beach bar next to bungalows. After 2 am you can sleep. There was no information before.

Was okay for one night, on the beach, close to the party but really basic room, no hot water, bad conditions, dont pay too much and dont stay too long! For one night there it was okay!

ビックリしました。 昼と夜とでビーチの雰囲気が一変します。 昼は海水浴客で賑わいますが、夜はホテル隣のバーの前でファイヤーショーが始まり、夜は2時くらいまで賑わいます。 耳栓しても寝れないかもしれません。 私は1時過ぎまで近くの食堂、バーまたはマッサージ屋で過ごしました。

Cama cómoda, air con potente. Pero el baño era muy sucio y se notaba principalmente en las griferias, daba asco tocarlas. la mujer de la recepción nos estafo con el tour a maya bay: todos ofrecen el mismo tour al mismo precio, decidimos hacer el qique nos ofrecia nuestra recepcionista, pero el taxi boat solo nos llevo a maya bay, nos tuvo 2 hs en la playa y regresamos, pues dijo q la mujer solo le había pagado por eso. Si queríamos completar el tour debiamos pagarle al taxi 500 b mas! luego la mujer se hizo la que no entendia lo que le planteamos. La ubicacion es buena solo si te interesa la fiesta. si priorizans una linda playa, debes alejarte de esa zona. Es imposible bañarse pues baja la marea y queda todo muy sucio. Insisto, no negocien con esa mujer.

c'est plus la Thaïlande mais ibiza
Nous sommes arrivés à 10h sur île de PHI PHI . Pas question de nous donner une chambre avant 14h. Mais le jour ou vous devriez quitter la chambre c'est 11h sinon c'est 200baht par heures dėpasser. Le bungalow été à moins 50 mètres de la plage. Manque de pot tt les soir c'est la fête jusqu'a 2h du matin ,ce n'est plus la Thaïlande mais ibiza. les murs du bungalows bouger pas les vibrations de la musique. Vous servez de festins au moustiques.sinon cette île et agréable , jolie et les gens son d'une gentillesse fort agréable.amis des chats vous serez les plus heureux

Bed on a nightclub floor.
There is a sign, when you walk in, saying "may experience loud noise until 3am". What is should have said is "deafening noise and room vibrations until 3am". If you plan on partying until gone 3am every night then this is a nice place to stay, right on the beach and close to the islands two biggest bars. However if you are not planning on partying so late then steer well clear.

Nous souhaitions réserver sur le site un coin calme, et j'avais donc ciblé la plage de Laem Tong Beach sur mon téléphone, le site me propose donc cet "Hôtel". surprise lorsque je m’aperçois sur l’île que cet hotel n'est pas du tout à Laem Tong mais en plein centre à 3km de mon point de réservation, à 30 m de la plage et de la musique !! impossible de dormir avec 100 décibels dans les oreilles jusqu’à 2h du matin, et impossible lorsque des Anglais bourrés rentrent dans le bungalow voisin pour crier et se bagarrer. Aucune intervention de l’hôtel, 1H30 passe et ils se calment enfin
